Priceline Pharmacy Anzac Square

I visited this store today at approximately 3:35-3:40pm. As soon as I entered the store a man greeted me and asked if I required assistance. He was unpacking something onto the shelves. When I told him that I was looking for makeup remover wipes, he then got up and took me directly to the relevant aisle. I got the items I needed and went to pay at the counter. He was already there waiting for me so that he could put the items through. He has got to be the hardest working person I have seen whilst shopping this year. He helped and served me in under 2 minutes in total. This guy is intelligent, efficient and knows what high quality customer service is. I can only assume that he must be the manager!!

An extremely friendly and helpful young woman assisted me. Gave me great guidance on a few products to address my symptoms and when she found out I was only in town temporarily for work she even gave me a free sample pack of a sinus cleanse device I normally use at home so I didn't have to fork out for something I already owned! I was prepared to purchase a new one and she could have just sold me another one but didn't. This kind of service is unfortunately rare these days. Very impressed!

I popped in yesterday after I burned my arm from oil, and the pharmacist was exceptially kind and gave me clear instructions on what to do. It feels much better already, thanks for ur kindness. :D

Pharmacist was proactive in asking if he could help me. Price at checkout was 10% more than ticketed price and they would not give it at the shown price. Dodgy....

Usually very good service, unfortunately when i rang to book a flu jab the girl who answered the phone said no need to book and to drop in anytime from 7am. Not so. Staff are only available after 9am it transpired. Disappointing after an earlier than usual commute into town to get it done prior to work.

The woman on the general counter this morning ( not the chemists) about 8 AM had an obnoxious attitude. Considering the amount of close by competition this chemists has I don't think I will use them again.

I got a shock morning, as I had to briefly come into the pharmacy the aircon was out! In 32 degree weather that is insane. Fell sorry for the staff working in theser conditions, it was even awful in the quick second I was in the store.

Service would be the slowest of any shop I have entered over the last 50 years. It took two hours to be served to find out they didn't even have stock of a script.

Got here qt 6:20pm and doors closed. Locked. Lights off. Closed 10 mins early

One of young female staff at the counter this morning was very rude. When I asked where facial masks are, she pointed to facial masks with her head without saying anything. When I asked her if there is thicker one, she shook her head with closing eyes. she DID NOT open her mouth at all and talked to me with nonverbal language. very insulted.
