Forest Hill Police Station

A big THANK YOU to Senior Constable McKee and Constable Patten for their help on 9/10 when I had to make a call to 000. Both Police officers were extremely professional and kept calm while they defused an incident concerning my irate neighbour.

My car was broke in at Nunawading (my brother's place), but not the place that I lived. I called to report to Forest Hill Police station. The lady I spoke to I assumed constable role was called Erika Hill, who was so helpful and patient with me to complete the report. The service she provided to the community that really impressed me. In general, lot of people has impression that police force does not perform their duties where they should, same as what I thought prior to this call. I was reluctant to call the police as I was not going to claim through my insurance that I believe to call police for insurance claim purpose. Then I thought over that I should call the police for crime purpose, so the police should have a crime record in the area. Anyway I really impressed Erika's service and provided me some advice. She also advised me the process eg: sms me the incident event with reference details that I need for the insurance company if necessary and also advised me that they will send me a letter with incident reference for my records. Erika, I sincerely thank for your service over the phone that really changed my view on Australian police force. I hope you & your team leader would have read my review.

I had a traffic accident issue. Went to Forest Hill Police station for assistance and advice. First Constable D Tagg was absolutely wonderful. She dealt with the issue immediately and obtained an answer to fix my problem dealing with the other party in a very efficient manner. A big thanks to FC Tagg.

Very supportive and friendly officers. Opened on public holidays too. I went there to get an identity declaration and the officer was very friendly. I got everything done within 5 min. 👍
