Coles Forest Hill

Level 1 COLES, Forest Hill Chase, there is an Express checkout, yet in the self-serve area, they are happy to do the scanning for you, and they know all the computer options. Pretty good.

Out the front of FHC, on Canterbury Road, you can go to the SHELL Service Station and scan your Orange WOOLWORTHS Rewards card each time you get petrol.

Andy provided excellent customer service and was very thorough and quick when solving my predicament in relation to consumer products. Very grateful for his help

I have always had satisfying experiences shopping there for my weekly needs. This is a good branch of Coles, which is well-maintained and has extremely kind staff members.

Ive been shopping at Coles forest hills for many a year now, in that time, l personally have found this shop, clean, staff are very willing to help you, & have made some good friends with certain staff members...

Love shopping here. Large store and has all my requirements. Parking is plentiful and never seems to be crowded.

Standard Coles, nothing exceptional except for the fact that they trollies does not need a coin to use.

I'd never normally review a grocery store, but after shopping today there I was really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. Makes it a lot nicer to shop for groceries when there are friendly warm staff who are willing to help you out.

The place is also clean, and finding a park is never hard, there are multiple levels available at Forest Hill.

Fantastic new team of young friendly and helpful staff! Very happy shopping experience since about 6 months. Things have improved...no grumpy unhelpful staff anymore.

Even during these tough Covid times Coles has managed to supply my weekly grocery needs. Sure, there were occasions when the shelves were a tad light on, but I always managed to get something for meals for the coming week.

Always was and always will be my number 1.

Sadly I have to retract my statement that this store will always be my number 1. Went shopping today - 17/6/22 - only to discover that they have changed the layout of the store - very few items are in the same place they were last week.

So after wandering around trying to find things I gave up and went to Safeway as I know where things are there.

Coles management please note:- I won't be shopping at this supermarket again - it's just too hard. Why should shoppers be inconvenienced because someone at 'head office' wants to justify their huge and unwarranted salary.

Looks like Woolworths will be getting my $300+ grocery business from now on.

Indian food items sold too

I was served by a polite young man in their deli last Thursday night, who could see that my daughter was getting a bit agitated, so gave her a twiggy which was greatly appreciated, unfortunately I do not know this boys name but little things like this go a long way for customer service, will be returning soon!

Best place in the local area for a true crusty bread roll. The place is always clean and well lit. This Coles has more room than the other couple in the general area, which is great at busy times coz you can actually get around people, so you can stil zip in and out for a quick shop without being too slowed down by human traffic. Everytime I have gone I have gotten lovely service at the checkout, seems like the staff genuinely care about their jobs, which is refreshing

Coles Forest Hill is a good store to get to as there is plenty of parking nearby. The layout of the various departments makes it fairly easy to find what you're looking for.
When we got to the checkout, the young man, Sam, was well mannered and efficient.
The only down side I find with Coles is their self serve checkout isn't as easy as the opposition's.

Whi trains yr staff...omg bread flattened cake flattened by boxes and cleaning products bagged with perishables....get yr act togther and train these girls properly....not the first time this has happened either....
