I have been going to this pharmacy for months for compounded medication. I have always found the staff very friendly and very personable.

I’ve been served by other employees here before who were friendly, helpful, and informative. But jeez, someone please teach Maria some customer service etiquette. Not willing to help answer my question about whether the pharmacy is able to compound a certain medication, ignorant attitude, and then got intentionally hung up on by her over the phone. Big Thumbs down.

Paid $80 for a $20 cream, asked if I could return it on returning home after seeing the price difference however got told it’s not possible after the prescription is dispensed regardless if it hasn’t been opened. Warning to check the pricing before paying !!!
