F45 is a super supportive, fun, upbeat Gym that everyone is so welcomed. Workout's are fun and different every time which makes a workout exciting. The classes go quick, challenging and make you sweat! Couldn't recommend them more!

Absolutely love! Its one big family at F45. The coaches are so involved when it comes to your training and development. The other members are friendly and inviting. Its a great way to work out without having to overthink, while having heaps of fun. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Massive turnaround in this club with culture, staff and clients and in such a great way! Always supportive, never made to feel bad about what I can and can’t do yet somehow staff always encourage and support me to work as hard as I can. Great for people of all fitness levels, ages and sizes. This place will always just want to help you achieve your goals!

Every session you walk out feeling like you could not have done any more. Even the days where you start out with the CBF's you end up smashing the workout by the end! Great friendly-competitive culture where you really train as part of a larger team. You can adjust the exercises to meet your fitness level or any injuries you have and if you want to level up join in the challenges! Absolutely love it still after 4+ years

Highly recommend training at F45, great full body workouts! I’ve never had an easy session, so you'll see quick results! All trainers are so friendly and they motivate you to work harder. The gym has a very family like culture and the tunes make you want to dance. Warning.. you can get addicted!

I have been a member of many other gyms and always start out with good intentions that only last 2-3 weeks. That all changed when I joined F45! They keep me accountable, check in to see how I’m going during the session and genuinely seem to care about me as a person, rather than a number. Because I have to book classes in advance it goes straight into my calendar (thanks to the handy app) and just forms a part of my day. All the coaches know who each and every member is and I walk out of every class on a high (5!). I cannot talk highly enough of Leigh and the other coaches and about the amazing F45 culture to anyone that will listen!

It is an amazing culture to be apart of, the boys Leigh & Siga really go above & beyond to make each member feel really welcome and comfortable, whether you are already super fit or just starting out your fitness journey. It really is more than just a gym - everyone supports everyone within the gym, and everyone leans on each other to push themselves.

All the trainers at F45 Training Bendigo are super friendly and encouraging and all the workouts are really enjoyable! There is a massive focus on technique which is amazing and each session is challenging but very rewarding!

Awesome Classes. Friendly trainers with positive attitudes, good banter and great music to get you pushing yourself. Good explanation of excersises at the start of each class and workouts are always different.

Literally the best decision I’ve ever made was becoming a member at F45. I’ve never been more motivated to work out in my entire life and honestly the staff feel like they’re my second family! Highly recommend!
