The best service ever from Aaron & the team from start to finish during the importing process of my motorcycles from Japan. Prompt replies to emails & always available to answer questions. A great customer website/portal that's easy to understand. Costings are clearly laid out so you know exactly what you will be paying, no hidden fees, add ons or extra charges as the process goes through its various stages. They even do the import approvals using your account just nominate them as an agent. My highest recommendation!

I was initially hesitant to use Import Monster's Yahoo Auctions service, finding it a little daunting - but I really shouldn't have been. The team is fantastic to deal with, quick to address questions, the fees and charges - especially as they relate to shipping are transparent and reasonable and there's plenty of resources on their site to get you started. I dabbled with a couple of small 1/24 model kits at first, before committing to some larger items like fender mirrors, tail lights, triple carbies and wheels,.
The customer service in particular though has been phenomenal, Aaron and Christian were quick to reply to emails and came across as just really friendly, down to earth people - and this is to say nothing of the retail arm of the business.
Can't recommend IM highly enough, they'll be my first point of call in future.

Been dealing with import monster for a while now, majority of mods on my car came through them! I've interacted with everyone there in some capacity and so far everyone has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Absolute legends. Had troubles getting wheels through another shop. Called in late and spoke to Aaron about a set of weds they had listed, stayed on the phone with me past knock off gave me a great deal on a wheel & tyre package & had them shipped and at my door within a week. Highly recommend!

Quick response times, patient customer service with on-point suggestions when I couldn't make up my mind. Delivery time to Sydney was 1.5 days via courier which was much quicker than expected.

Ordered a new seat, Fantastic knowledge and communication throughout the entire order process, even after the delivery was made I was contacted again to ensure everything was good and I was happy.

10/10 will buy from these guys again.

These guys are car lovers put on the planet to help other car lovers.

First time I have used them and the process was explained and worked well. Ordered a set of Rays, a Volvo engine & turbo from Japan. Paid the money. Any freight that was below estimate was refunded immediately. Every step of the way was documented so I could keep track.

The sea freight took a few months as expected but ended up with some unique Rays wheels and a very, very low mileage Volvo motor.

The maths worked out about double for items to Sydney, so work with that end figure in mind. My $400 wheels ended up at around $800 to my door in Sydney. Turbo was double the $250 Yahoo cost and the motor was a bit more in freight because the engine was only $400 on Yahoo. Melbourne prices will be a bit less.

Christian even packed up my wheels in some Rays boxes. Wheels were delivered to my home in Sydney and the motor to my mechanic in Sydney.

Have been very happy with their service, i started using them in December and decided to give it a shot.
They are happy to field a host of questions i may have about my order, or potential bids online, or for translations. Iv found them to be very professional and clear about: costs and costing changes, japan warehouse arrivals, tracking information or pretty much any relevant information you may need and done so in a timely manner.
I have so far received 2 packages in good time (ems about 4-5 weeks, air about 2 weeks, both from purchase) and total included costs and very well packaged with no damage, picking up another container shipment tomorrow, roughly 6 weeks transit (great!) And am confident to make more bids on other items i may need in future.
Whatever shape or form of purchases im confident they will deliver on their service and do so with a good level of transparency and accountability, im now won over and will be a regular customer. Cheers
