Officeworks Bayswater

I have generally been very impressed by Officeworks Bayswater.
However, yesterday I came in to switch over my HP wireless keyboard and mouse. I’d already been in to pick up a wireless keyboard and mouse set, the first time the HP set was faulty….
The second attempt was another HP product, needless to say the mouse was enormous and cumbersome to use.
I decided to try my luck at Logi and have been blown away. Along with the customer service I received.
Maddi served me so I could return (the second HP product) and the switch was seamless. The help I also received in the aisle was also greatly appreciated and I’m happy to say, the third wireless keyboard and mouse set (Logi) has been an excellent purchase.
Keep up the good work guys. And thanks for always providing very good customer service.

Such an awesome place. Always use it for any of my home office needs and when the kids need stuff for school. Staff are terrific. Well done guys, keep up the great work.

needed passport photos for the kids and had tried several auspost locations which was a frustrating experience, no auspost places wanted to do them and kept getting told it was too busy (despite nobody there) and to come back later. Came here to bayswater office works and was quick and easy, the girl that served me was nice, polite and made it an easy process and explained everything around submitting photos and what to do in case they didn't get accepted. Was happy with the service and clearly miles above what auspost do (or don't do)

I have to to say that I have had the most helpful person assisting me with getting my photos printed via phone and the computer

For a 78 year old and computer challenged, this lass was patient and helpful with assisting me whilst having her own work to do.

My Recent trip to Officeworks Bayswater was second to none, I’ve been to this store and others locally on multiple occasions and the assistance and dedication provided from Emily.W in printing was honestly incredible. I first watched her assist others, she was attentive and understanding and truly dedicated her time to creating the best outcomes to the customers. Now I’m not good with technology to say the least, the patience and kindness she showed me as I was stressed was very reassuring and calming. She also taught me some useful tricks I will be able to use going forward. This angel honestly deserves a medal!

A big shoutout to Sharryn and Emily Hay who went above and beyond to help me copy pictures from my old phone on to a USB. Outstanding customer service. Really made my day. Thankyou

Staff are always happy to offer assistance where needed. Always lucky to have stocks available here for whatever item I need. Parking space is available most of the time and has other spaces available in case you come during peak hour.
Store is clean and check out is always quick.

Just bought zhiyun smooth 4 phone gymbal. Great service here, rang up to see if they had stock and Dylan thought they did but it had just come in. He rang me back a few minutes later confirming he'd found the device. Great price (a lot cheaper than others) and great service. Device working great. Thanks to Dylan. Top notch.

The store manager Georgie was able to sort out an issue for us, despite it likely being frustrating for them from their end. Issue resolved=now customer for life. Thanks Georgie and appreciate your help

Kudos to Luke who tried to help me today, on the craziest day of the year, find a particular product. Through other customers, click and collects and his own tea break he tried to help. He then asked his colleague Charlotte to help who tried to help and after much searching and calling around got the answer I was looking for. May not have ended up with the product I went in for but I received exemplary service from these two team members and I am grateful for their help.

Joel was an absolute gem - came in to buy a kindle for my friend’s birthday and he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to make my mate’s special despite having to order in an out-of-stock case. Loved the service and coming back to this branch for sure :))

Staff were very helpful, even pushed my trolley, as I'm a bit helpless right now & assisting me to choose right items from many on display + put the heavy (4 me) staff into the shopping trolley.

I came in this afternoon to print wedding invitations off for my mother and expected to come back and pick up and the gentleman in print and copy named ash was fantastic and thorough and was so happy with the services provided to me. Not only did he print a sample so I could see, he was so thorough and polite. Will definitely be back again for my future printing needs. Ash is a great asset to OW Bayswater.

I spoke with Allana over the phone who was super helpful after a bit of a mess around with an online order of mine. She looked at all different options available to her to be able to help me out and I felt she went above and beyond. I recently needed to get digital print copies and photo copies. I was served by Lachlan. He couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s not always the case and can be hit and Miss. He was polite, helpful and friendly.

Well laid out store. I want to comment specifically on the photo / print shop. I had a photo printed onto a large canvas for display in my home at this Officeworks and it came out fantastic. The quality of the print and materials was great, the vibrancy of the colors in the print were authentic. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
