Bendigo Bank

Recently my Wife and I joined Bendigo Bank after nearly 40 years with ANZ due the branch closing in Kangaroo Flat as well as the ATM and their not caring attitude, thankfully Bendigo Bank Kangaroo Flat are very obliging and friendly and it is a pleasure to walk into. Thanks you.

With over 2kgs in coins in plastic containers, and on a very warmish day, I walked this along with a deposit to the Bendigo Bank in Kangaroo Flat. The automatic doors opened and I was just about to enter when a staff member said that the bank was now closing for lunch. I asked if I could just process the heavy coins to which he gave me a wry smile and said “no” and that I would have to come back later. As the sliding door locked me out I noticed the scrappy sign on the door saying Temporary Change Of Hours from July 2022. At the time of writing 7 months has now gone by. How long is temporary? In 2022 the Bendigo Bank made a net profit of approximately $488 million. Now at Kangaroo Flat they can lock the customers out and all have lunch together. They locked me out, so I/we will never ever return to this branch.

Could not help me deposit cash into a CBA account. "We can only deposit into bendigo bank accounts".
Fairly useless & continuing to call themselves a bank could deffinently be reviewed.

I finished work, go to the bank 2minutes past four! . And find out they close at 4:00 pm !!. Is this bank only cater for the unemployment people???? I traveled all the way from marong. Very unsatisfactory business
