Dr Ben Lancashire is a second-generation surgeon. He is a down to earth, genuine and highly professional Doctor. During an initial consultation, he clearly explained my options for a procedure and answers all my questions without feeling pressured with time. The surgery was smooth, and the recovery was faster than I expected. I am grateful for the treatment I received and would definitely recommend Ben to anyone that requires surgery in his field of specialty. A 5-star rating is easily deserved. Thank you.

I would like to say a huge Thank you to Doctor Ben Lancashire, for my amazing thyroid operation on the 8th September at Greenslopes Hospital. Ten days after surgery I removed my bandage off the Scar and it is hardly visible and fits in with my neck wrinkles perfectly LOL .What an amazing job , and I am feeling pretty good now.
I chose you as my sons name is Ben and I made the right choice.!

I was very impressed with Dr Ben Lancashire and his team. I had an operation to repair three Hernias and couldn’t be happier with the experience and outcome. Dr Ben took the time to explain what He and His team were going to do, and on the day of the operation they were very professional and caring in their approach. Dr. Ben, was by far the best choice when it came to chose a surgeon to take out my thyroid. Unfortunately my case was quite a difficult surgery and Dr. Ben made the right calls in terms of how to operate to make sure I would keep my voice nerves intact. Although, cancer is never a pleasant matter, I can say I had the best care anyone could wish for! Please make sure you are able to chose your surgeon and if you are in Brisbane or can travel to Brisbane there is no one better than Dr. Ben.
Again, thank you so much for your kindness and expertise, without you would have been impossible to continue thriving through life for another 50y.

Dr Ben Lancashire was an amazing surgeon! I had my thyroid removed in March 2020 (the week the world went mad into lock down). Having travelled from regional Queensland to Brisbane Ben and the Mater hospital team were very helpful and accommodating to both myself and mum. We ended up staying in the hotel right next door so was easy to follow up couple days post surgery. Recovered really well (while we were in lock down the first time so wasn't missing out on anything in the world while recovering) and within a few months you couldn't tell I even really had a scar - it is placed well on my neck and the stitches and magic tape meant it healed beautifully (photo is 2 years post surgery).

Highly recommend Dr Ben and his team. He is approachable, caring and understanding, these qualities are genuine. I had breast cancer in my right breast, I felt so confident in Dr Ben, if he recommended a mastectomy, I would go down that path. Dr Ben Lancashire gave me excellent treatment for gall bladder removal recently. Top treatment by doctor and all staff. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone needing surgery or medical assistance.

First of all, a caring first class surgeon - Secondly, switched on and friendly staff - Thirdly, a wonderful surgical team. Overall, a pleasant and friendly experience that gave me the feeling they genuinely cared about my welfare and recovery. Awesome and highly recommended.

I love Dr Ben and his team so much! I was diagnosed breast cancer in October 2021, and I am so lucky and happy that I met such an amazing excellent doctor and the team that I can trust 100%.
