All the staff are warm, inviting and the communication is always great.
They have created such a beautiful environment for the children.
Our daughter loves going and we wouldn’t send her anywhere else!

Ever since my little one started in the nursery room a few years ago, I have felt at ease knowing that he is well cared for and given the best age appropriate learning opportunities. He has made some truly beautiful bonds with some amazing educators which makes it so much easier leaving him to go to work. He's lucky that going into his third room very soon, 2 of his very special educators are also moving up with him so he will have his familiar/trusted people in a new room. The communication is great, the meals they provide are incredible and the directors are lovely, approachable people. It's a beautiful centre!

We adore Maha and Qi and are so grateful for the patience they’ve shown with our baby as she transitions into care. Vic and Tiff are brilliant, and they’ve been so welcoming and accommodating. We’re so impressed with everything at our new centre!

We were looking for last minute Childcare as I returned back to work early this year.
Story House managed to fit us in and we have never looked back!
The educators in the Nursery room have looked after my daughter brilliantly, I have watched her learn and grow every day from the activities they do. We love the fact they use an app to see what the kids are up to and often send photos to me while I'm at work. When I drop her off and pick her up she's always happy and the educators treat her like their own which is something I absolutely love!
Story House has been a fantastic choice for our family and we will continue to send our daughter there!

Have been enrolled with story house early learning in diamond creek since 2018 (including a few previous name changes along the way) to present. With one child still enrolled now, since the first has gone off to school. Having had a baby start in the babies room, all the way through to one kinder graduation. We have always found all of the educators and management to be exceptional at all levels. Even with the recent challenging few years and other changes to the centre and management over time, the educators in the rooms have been consist and always familiar faces and the centre always goes above and beyond for the children.

I have been connected with many services in the past 10 years of my career. Story House, is easily the best! From support to us educators, and families. To the amazing facilities available for children to engage in. Story House Diamond Creek is the place to be! ❤

We love Story House! We have one child currently enrolled.

They provide fun, structured learning in a clean and inclusive environment. They provide daily updates with stories and photos on their app so I know what my child's been up to. Lots of games, play, drawing, creating and learning.

The educators are caring and attentive. They make it very easy at drop off time as my child loves going in each session. I know my child is getting a great start here.

I recently enrolled my child at Story House & to say they are amazing would be an understatement. They have gone above & beyond to make myself & my child feel at home there. All the educators I've come across are all so caring, attentive & friendly. My child loves attending & has learnt & grown so much from everyone there. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have two children at the Centre. The lessons in kinder are (obviously following set curriculum) focused on current events with a strong focus at the moment on consent and empowerment as well as the environment. The kids received a kinder shirt last week to really provide a sense of belonging and also help pave the way for a transition to prep. My youngest has delayed speech and the educators have been so patient working with him to open up and engage with themselves and the other children. I am really happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

Everyone at Story House have been supportive of my two children that started this year. My eldest is loving the Kinder program. Regular updates on both children through Story Park so we are kept up to date on what they are learning. Would recommend this center.

I have sent both my children to this childcare from 6 months old and feel as though the educators genuinely care about the health and well fair of your children.
My children are in the best hands when I drop them off and I often have in-depth conversations about how their day was when picking them up.
My first child was extremely shy when he was younger and the educators at the centre worked with him throughout the years to develop his confidence and he is now at primary school as an outgoing confident little boy.
I really believe the education and social skills my children have learned at this centre has helped prepare them for school and social settings.
If any problems arise, I have no worries speaking in confidence with the manager Renee, who is amazing.
The location is central and easy to get to. I never have a problem with parking.

I love how flexible and supportive the staff have been. I have felt heard and that our preferences have been respected. My daughter has responded well to the gentle approach of staff and seems confident and happy with attending.

Story House learning has been a wonderful early learning centre for us as a family. After stumbling upon it 5 years ago for my first born, we have never looked back. All staff have not only always been accomodating and extremely professional, but they have become like an extension of our own family in the upmost care that they take in our children and their needs.
I always feel confident and reassured in knowing that my children are always well looked after. Every day on pick up and drop off, educators will always touch base and take the time and effort to talk to you about your child, their day and any highlights or concerns.
Staff are always providing regular and daily communications about our children's learning through learning posts and photos on Stpry Park.
If we ever need additional days for care or need statements explained or have any questions or worries in general, Renee and Vic have always been able to help us and go out of their way to make us feel reassured.
All in all, the centre, in our eyes, is a wonderful place in which our children are learning to explore and begin their educational journey.

We have 3 girls at Story House Diamond Creek & we love the centre. The Educators are all lovely, caring and go the extra mile to ensure the children are happy & comfortable in their surroundings. We couldn't recommend it more.

My Grandson attends in Nursery 1, all the staff are brilliant, caring, friendly. They all know Zak and make him feel like he's the only child present everytime he attends. He has learnt so much and is lucky enough to have so many different experiences including excerision and incursions.

The centre is always clean and has new and interesting displays. Keep up the great work Story House Diamond Creek, it's a pleasure to drop Zak off knowing he is loved and cared for by a wonderful group.

Both my girls have attended story house, we have had experience in each room and I have no complaints. All the educators have always listened well to me as a parent and gave me a rundown of each day. Love you all!

After being really hesitant about putting my 6 month old into daycare when I went back to work part-time, the team at Story House Diamond Creek have been so wonderful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect daycare!

Story House in Diamond Creek is great. All staff were really approachable and care about the children. I would highly recommend if searching for a Childcare in the area.
