Diamond Valley Mitre10 has recently won a national retail business award and I highly reccomend a visit to immerse yourself in an amazing shopping experience. All Staff are Mighty Helpful, super friendly and keen to go the extra mile to assist with your purchases. What's great is you need not look for help, they will find you and offer their assistance. The range of products is huge! This is a destination with much more than Hardware alone and pricing is very competitive. No project too small or too big and feel confident that you have the right product for the job.

I came in to find a replacement fuel cap for my Stihl chainsaw and although there were none on the shelves, Ric left no stone unturned to find one in stock for me. This is the kind of personal service that should be recognised.

I came in to buy a line trimmer and had one in mind. A friendly face greeted me and showed me the range. Ended up with a battery operated trimmer. Lachy was amazing. He showed me everything and showed me how things worked. It was so easy and no pressure. Well done Lachy. Your service skills are A1. Trent.

Order some things online and this was the store closest to put the order together and send.

When it was delivered, one item was missing.

Called the store and was told one of the staff members will bring it to me on their day off.

Got the item the next day.

The staff that I spoke to were very friendly and actioned the issue quickly too.

Fantastic variety. More stuff than just snags. Found what I wanted that the sausage sizzle place lacked, and even denied that my request ('T' in 20 mm poly w/o inspection port) existed!

Incredibly friendly service by skilled and intelligent staff who know what they are talking about. All the staff go above and beyond to help you out, know you by name when you go in and assist in every area of trade, garden, and other DIY and hardware needs and animal supplies. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

What a great experience, started with a phone call with excellent customer service, then a visit with same service and great advice. The shop is big and clearly set out. Very bright and clean with all available products clearly displayed and organized. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic ...it was a proper hardware. was looking for some things that were lacking at local hardware barn ,the one with sausages out the front , but Diamond Creek Mitre 10 had a huge array of what I was chasing ..and smiling ,happy,helpful staff too

This place is genuinely excellent. The range is good and the prices are reasonable, but what really makes this place special is the service. The staff are competent, knowledgeable and friendly. They actually want to help. Overall the store has a bit of a country store, old fashioned service feel about it. If you go there regularly, people remember your name and they look after you. More retail businesses should operate like these guys and could learn a lot from them. Outstanding.

Without a doubt best customer service. Great range. Great advice. Good quality timber. During the lockdown i had a couple of projects that they helped me out with and delivered to my door. I love this place!
