Bought a pre-owned Dell Optiplex 980 SFF for my home workshop to replace a very old Dell to run a small CNC milling machine. I had it delivered and it arrived superbly packaged and the condition of the computer was also superb. Other than one or two very minor scratches (you need to look hard to find them) it looked new. When I asked online to confirm the specs the response was prompt and very helpful. It started and ran beautifully, exactly what I needed. Thank you guys... great value.

Possibly the most unprofessional, unethical online computer trader I have ever dealt with. I regrettably bought from this dodgy crowd on eBay. The desktop computer they sold me had multiple faults, and it seemed it was not inspected prior to shipping. They made NO attempt to help resolve the many issues the PC had. Instead, they blamed me for the problems. They also, made NO attempt to help with the return, of which i had to organise myself. Then, they had the audacity to have the honest eBay feedback I left them, removed! This lousy, unscrupulous trader, I believe is all about their bottom line, and NOT customer satisfaction.
Think twice before buying from them. They're NOT to be trusted.

VERY VERY VERY bad service. I bought Laptop and the Guy gave me warranty of 90 Days. I went back after 7 days that couple of USB ports are broken and Software are not working at all as window is corrupted. His behavior was too rude and refuse to help. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from them online - or from EBAY or from store. I have worst experience ever and I'll complaint to Consumer affair as well.
