An excellent experience, the young sales person, Aidan, had a wealth of knowledge and went beyond selling various items including a roof top tent and even assisted in installing it. The store had a full range of camping products at reasonable prices. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Fez was a top bloke who spent an hour or so helping me get a heap of stuff. He also helped to search for out of stock items in other stores so that I could get everything in 1 day

I bought a dual battery kit here. I had a problem with my dc charger and Dayle was very happily came to my car and fixed the issue. All other employees seem to nice as welk. Their products are cheap but their service are not.

Danielle served me the other day and was amazing. Helped me understand everything I needed for my required set up. Look forward to my next shopping day here

Love this place.
Decent quality stuff at affordable prices. Bought a jump starter which came in handy recently for a friend who left her lights on in my driveway.
Have also bought an awning, lights, fans, a kettle and a back seat organiser - all are being utilised as I type this. All work really well.

Particular thanks to Neil, a team member who is personable and professional in each interaction. I recently had a faulty product, covered (without issue) under the stores warranty. However, it was Neil's helpful approach and determination to resolve the issue that has resulted in return patronage and trust in the store.

Went in this morning and was helped by a lovely guy named Vince in regards to a light bar I had ordered. He provided the most exceptional customer service and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed! Thankyou Vince for all of your help!🙏🎉

Great experience here. Staff member Melanie was so helpful, gave a great run down of products and very friendly. She assisted me in a fridge and second battery set up and I am very happy!!!

The staff are helpful. Had to drive down here after finding out Ravenhall and no stock of the Tourer x rooftop tent. Thank God this store had 1 left. Thanks to the Ravenhall branch for making that ph call to hold for us to purchase before picking it up. Plenty of parking around this store too.

Lots of camping and solar gear with well priced LiFpo4 batteries. Hope it all holds together for the test of time, the kit goes together simply enough and all fittings are Anderson plugs. Very happy so far.

This has to be one if the greatest dealings I have had ever and I've been in retail management for 25 years. In May 2023 I ordered a new lid for my older fridge (purchased 2019) and was assured that there was stock in the Brisbane warehouse. Now it's mid July and still no lid, so I make contact with the Campbellfield store to see where the lid is and it turns out that there was some mix up and the lid was not available, the team at Campbellfield went above and beyond customer service and replaced the entire fridge for me with a current model and threw in a cover for free. Now this is what keeping the customer happy without going all Karen on the team. The store manager was super friendly and was helpful along with the entire team that dealt with the entire process. Well done to the Management and the entire team at the Campbellfield store. Would be 6 stars if that was possible...

Aiden helped us out immensely a few months ago with everything from the grand tourer, 270 awning, solar panel to anti condensation mat and clear top bags, he showed us how to use everything, provided excellent information about all the products we asked about, he's the reason we came back today for a hi lift jack and some other items. Aiden is a true credit to your business, he treats us as more than just another customer and it's very rare quality to find anywhere these days, we can't thank you enough for all your help, each and every time we come into your store.
