I discovered this brand via the iconic but now buy direct. The quality and fit of the shorts perfect. If you’re looking a new favourite pair of gym short that pass the squat, lunge, drop test - look no further.

I first encountered Virus at the second Arnold Classic fitness expo in Melbourne. As someone who looks more like the “before” shot, I was initially sceptical that putting my dad bod into anything tight would serve any purpose beyond making a funny youtube clip, but the rep was incredibly supportive. I bought some spats and a compression shirt that day.

The results have been pretty good. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but was genuinely surprised at how the shirt helped me. The structure immediately improved my posture, and my muscles seemed to stay warmed up once I was active.

I don’t know if the benefits were largely posture-based, or a result of the compression or materials, but I was pretty happy with the results.

Five years later, I’ve bought a few more bits, and each one has held up, even when being subject to pretty intense use as BJJ training gear.

I’m pretty happy, and do recommend.

Bought the compression leggings, without a doubt I can say the best compressions I have ever owned and I have used UA, Skins, 2XU, none of them beats this quality, highly recommended and def. be returning to buy some more from Virus 😊👍🏼

I have worn a few different pairs of compressions while doing spartan races and have found Virus to be the best.
I can't reccomend Virus compressions enough!
They provide support where necessary and allow full movement at the same time.

Have to say my entire family have been converted from an alternate brand to the Virus range. We are in volved in running, BJJ, netball and rugby union and have found Virus products to be the best of any brand previously used! 5 stars guys.
