Platypus Shoes

Went in looking for a new pair of Converse, found a few that I liked but none were in my size. Alana was very cheerful and helpful and looked up stores that had them in stock and even got them delivered to my house at no extra cost. Definitely coming back when I need some more

I purchase through Shop&Collect last week and pick-up at the Platypus Shoes Altona Gate. The staff is very attentive and make the procedure quick and smooth. I didn't know his name but he was the only one I saw last Saturday. Although I couldn't try the shoes due to the COVID restriction, he patiently explained the exchange and refund procedure to me. Therefore, I tried the shoes at home and the size fitted perfectly. Later, my husband bought another two pairs for our family and wanted to pick-up at Altona Gate again (we thought the sales would go to the Altona Gate Team). However, because the items we bought were in full price, so we got a free express delivery service (to the same billing address) and the items came from the Highpoint Store instead. Anyway, we made the second purchase because of his attentive service, and it is nice to see the staff kept being professional during this challenging period.

Great to see some fresh vibes and a nice new shop at Altona gate, the staff here are super and always friendly. Ben and Millie do a great job and really go above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and professional. They have an excellent range and are always happy to take the time to find the right fit and style. I'll never buy shoes anywhere else again!

Two girls were completely disrespectful in 'trying' to help me today, the first had a snarky attitude saying I should just "call customer support" when the website states online orders must be "assessed by a store manager". Completely unbelievable. Just go the extra 30 minutes to Highpoint, these girls don't have any respect their jobs or others.

Even the staff not deserve 1 star , buy shoes and cap fron their. Just not tag removed from cap and leather gone rip came back ask for look the cap and recive misbehave and attitude from girl . If u don't know how to handle the customer then don't work .

sent me 1 shoe..... and they are taking weeks to rectify. they want me to send the shoe back before sending a new pair. poor customer service with very little contact.
