Sportsco Altona

A big thank you to Sara and Red at Sporstco. They helped me and my young daughter out on a busy day just after Christmas. We needed an urgent solution prior to going on our family holiday. They were super helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble, and got things sorted! Thanks again!

Good clean and well presented store, with great customer service.
My daughter who's 8 went to pick up shoes that were put on hold from another store, and the ladies were so helpful and friendly and made my little lady feel so comfortable.

Got sucked into special offer. Buy one pair of shoes, get second pair half price. The expensive pair wore holes in the top within acouple of months. Took them back, was given credit. Trying to use up credit before it "expired"!!! You end up spending more money trying use your credit on & item. Rip-off. Poor quality shoes.

I was given a gift by colleagues but it was bought at another store (Sportsco Eastland). I came to this store as it was the closest one, and didn’t want to drive to the Eastland store which is a 1 hour drive. But to my disappointment I was advised they wouldn’t allow me to exchange my gift and had to go to the store which it was purchased. This does not make any sense as I’ve purchased goods interstate and been allowed to exchange to a Melbourne store.
