Rice Town (8 Street)

Such a great place with a great vibe, the new bar/ice cream place is a nice touch. So many great places to eat. The only thing that may hold it back a little is finding seats & a table during their peak periods. But otherwise, a great place to take the family or catch up with mates while tasting numerous Asian delights.

So much choice! Travelling through it loved this lunch stop! We had Korean but our toddler wanted Thai! Both were very yummy, hot and good value!

Best food in all of Brisbane. Absolutely delicious and reasonable priced at ~$15-20/meal. I would definitely recommend the sweet and sour pork.

If you like sizzling hot plate dishes, this is a place for you to come try (I haven't found too many good places in Brisbane for this sort of thing actually). There are plenty of different options to choose from, including beef, pork, chicken and fish cooked in various styles. The serving sizes are a decent size, and quite reasonable in terms of the prices (ranging from $12-$20).

Some of my personal favourites are the Mongolian beef hot plate and also the braised pork hot plate. Service has always been good, and the food is prepared quite quickly. In my opinion, definitely one of the better places along 8 Street to eat at.

Very authentic Asian food court experience with the different hawker stalls and traditional decor though seats could be a bit less cramped, a bit hard to walk around though I guess it adds to the authenticity. Nice selection of different Asian cuisines

This place is good with varieties of asian cuisines. Its taste is also close to authentic flavour which is hard to be found around the area.

Amazing range of choices in Asian cuisine, delicious dumplings and Mongolian chicken, loads of vegetarian options. Plenty of seating and a neat little bar tucked in the corner.

While visiting Brisbane, We went to 8 Street Garden City. We loved the concept of all the different asian cuisines available. I settled on flat rice noodles, and they were amazing. fresh and tasty. We tried the Korean fried chicken and Japanese pancake and meetballs. Finishing with a phillippino Halohalo. Definitely recommend it to try. We did go on a Tuesday at around 11:30am so it wasn't very busy, but It is really packed on weekends. So its a good idea to plan.

The customer service was awesome. The food was sooo delicious. I ordered one fried rice for my 2 year old. She ate all of it. I had YuXiangRouSi and ate it all too. their menu looks really good. This is the second time I take my daughter there to have lunch this week. She loved the fried rice there. It is definitely a great choice for lunch and dinner. Please go to Rice Town and enjoy the food with your friends and families.

The food was great, and I did feel like I was back in Asia at a street food market.

Lots of asian restaurants give you lots of chance to get various asian foods. Only one thing I felt I regret is lack of space there. Once you take a seat, you can enjoy everything. I recommend the Japanese noodle shop which has untold great soup.

Great place for Asian food, Just need to look for the right item. The food here is absolutely amazing. It's often busy there, great atmosphere with people everywhere. Staff are always friendly no matter where you go. Instead of going hungry Jack's, KFC or Maccas this is place provides good portioned food for the same price

A great place to satisfy your desire for Asian food. Whether it is Japanese, Korean or Chinese..... it's all delicious.

The only problem was there was no Okonomiyaki 😭

Trendy food place. Lots of options to choose from. Liked the concept and the trend. So much happening place inside the shopping mall. Good meal, snacks option available. Good service. Would love to go again. All must try the various foods. Its like an Asian food court. Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and more. Asian drink also available.

Always lovely to sit down and have a great meal with one of my favourite granddaughters
