I have been renting a property with my partner and some roommates that is managed by KGR for the last (almost) 4 years. While there have been issues with our house, Chi has always done us a solid and tried his best to have any issues resolved. He finds the best way to benefit both the tenant and the landlord which I have the upmost respect for. We have felt well cared for by their team and are happy to have secured such a great home. As an interstate owner, the experience had been very frustrating until I finally found Chi and his team. Chi did a fantastic job in property management— timely inspections and reports, great communication, very responsive and helpful. When the fence needed to be replaced he was so helpful that he negotiated and coordinated with the neighbour to make sure the cost is shared. Jane was also very efficient and helpful when she helped to sell the property. Honest and trustworthy team! Excellent experience and highly recommended !

Chi goes above and beyond to have any maintenance attended to quickly and is friendly and honest always.
For an issue during the recent storms he managed to find a tradesperson for us in Christmas week in a matter of hours. Absolutely exceptional!

Chi was a great property manager, too stringent at times but I understand that it is his job.
As a tenant, very quick to respond to maintenance issues and understanding if things actually do go wrong.
When I become a landlord, will definitely have him take care of my property. Have not seen any other agent take property inspections so seriously.

It was a pleasure working with KGR Properties and having Jane on my team to sell the property. She was on the ball making sure all offers were presented with additional background info to make accepting an offer that much easier. Jane had my interests at heart from the beginning and did everything in a timely manner including putting in the extra effort when time is of the essence especially just before settlement. I would use KGR Properties again for future property transactions.

I could not recommend KGR Properties highly enough. I have worked with KGR Properties for a couple of years now from them managing our rental property to them selling the house for us. Throughout the entire time Chi managed the rental he remained professional to both us and the tenant. He looked after the property as if it were his own. I was looking for a property to suit myself and my son. We found the most beautiful property with KGR real estate and when I first met Chi he was so polite and helpful
He showed me around the property with a lot of excellent information about the suburb area.

I put in an application and it was a breeze
The communication was excellent
Chi kept me updated and I was accepted not long after that.

When it was time to sign the lease, Cecilia had that organised very quickly. When it was the day to get the keys , Chi was there at the property to explain everything to me and make my move in a stress free one.
