Wow where to start with this review. Firstly, I have very very thick coloured hair. I attended this salon as my usual hair dresser of 4 years was on maternity leave. I was just looking for a full head of foils to assist in the process of going lighter but what I got was a complete makeover and a very positive experience. I am now fully blonde , have a good understating about maintenance and a new local hairdresser . I am very pleased with my colour and I will be back and I would recommend this salon to friends. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Visited Samantha Jones for the first time and with trepidation as my more recent experiences at hairdressers have been very disappointing. However, Tiffany took me on and did a really wonderful job. She chose a perfect colour and produced excellent styling, great attention to detail and very careful worker. Thank you Tiffany, I'm sorry I didn't show more appreciation at the time. I will be back!

Update: I've now been going to Samantha Jones HC for the past 18 months or so. I've had a couple of stylist changes and all of them have been 4-5 stars, but I am finding one of the new stylists, Sandy, particularly easy to work with. I have issues with anxiety and she is calm, professional and not afraid to say "I don't understand what you mean."
That seems like a small thing, but it takes a great deal of self-confidence and a strong desire to see the best outcome for a client to actually say it. She's a professional - she could go on her own assumptions and experience and my hair would look good! But she took it a step further to make sure I got what I actually *wanted* and that's why you go back to a salon.

I really enjoyed my visit to Samantha Jones in February. Most importantly, they took the time to find out what I really wanted and delivered a very flattering cut and colour. I also appreciated the somewhat campy entrance decor and the relaxing atmosphere once inside. I felt quite special and pampered during my visit.

Very positive experience with Majella and the girls and Samantha Jones Hair Co. Majella gave me a very detailed consultation and provided options. The salon is very fresh, clean and stylish. Quality products and equipment used. Definitely coming back soon!

I tried Samantha Jones Hair for the first time today and loved it! Maisa did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and I would highly recommend. She is so passionate about what she does and it really showed through my haircut. The salon is clean, very professional and I will be back again.

An absolute amazing experience. For someone who had not been to a hairdressing salon for nearly 5 years due to a bad experience, I was understandingly nervous. I was made to feel completely at ease, especially considering I was fitted in last minute the afternoon before. My hair turned out amazing (I had my first balayage) and being there for a few hours and the salon being busy, I never felt uncomfortable and was offered drinks and checked on often. They also last minute, fit me in for a eyebrow & eyelash tint and was never made to feel guilty about my last minute request. A huge thanks to Samantha for organising everything and Jasmine (colourist) and Tiffany for making my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes beautiful. Highly recommend this hair salon to anyone.

Have been going to Samantha Jones Hair Co for almost 2 years and will continue to be a costumer for many more years to come. I absolutely love my appointments! The salon is so welcoming, the girls are complete professionals and the couches for hair washing are so comfortable! I always leave feeling relaxed and beautiful.

Wonderful salon! Staff were all lovely and helpful to talk to. Booking was easy, quick process. Tahlia did a wonderful job at cutting and restyling my hair! Was such a relief. Was a truly wonderful experience and worth every penny. Will be going back there when I need another cut!

My bridesmaids and I went to the salon for our hair on Saturday and the girls were all fantastic! The atmosphere is great fun, they were all relaxed and happy to let us bring in our makeup artist, as well as all of our hair looking fantastic. You are all fantastic and you helped make the day perfect

The ladies at Blush are excellent. I always leave feeling relaxed and confident, and always look forward to the next appointment. Recently, we treated one of our staff to a Blush experience, and not only did she arrive at work looking fabulous, she had an excellent day performance wise. I would definitely recommend Blush to anyone who values quality and experience from their hairdresser.

you absolutely cant go past this salon for excellent service and quality. After a disastrous experience with another local salon, one of the awesome staff (Simone) made my hair fit for public display. It took her a while to fix.. but the end result was fabulous.

I don't trust my mop to anyone else. It grows out of my head as if it has been donated by 10 different sources, and yet they make it work every time.

If you are checking these reviews it is because you are a savvy consumer who has probably had a terrible haircut/colour before. Trust me... give these ladies your money! You wont regret it.

I have had my hair chemically straighten by this hairdresser. The products used (Yuko) were amazing. I was expecting my hair to just curl again but its so smooth. I recently went to Thailand and it was so easy to maintain with no frizz. I received a follow up call from my hairdresser a week after my treatment to see how it was going. Highly recommended these ladies for their professional and personal touches. I've finally found my local hairdresser !!!

Today was my third visit and now I am convinced it is truly a 5 Star service! My first visit was amazing but I travel heaps and tracking my appointments is difficult. These guys are flexible responsive and care for you like family. This time I know I am overdue for help when I receive a reminder text (thank goodness) and here I am no problem booked in sorted all via text so I keep working and then as usual the BEST treatment, waxing and hair cut ! The way I look at it is you get what you pay for! A couple of hundred dollars a month is worth this experience! I now have my text reminder every 4 weeks not 6 and will not go anywhere else. Incredible! I came in at last notice after a hair disaster from a trainee hairdressing school (the very next day in fact). My hair prior to coming in was a basic matte medium brown but went orange/brassy/yellow and very uneven after a unfortunate result from the beauty school. I was unsure if this could even be corrected given the damage and sheer unevenness of everything. My hair was a real mess! Anyway, I ended up going in with my 3 year old as I couldn't get a babysitter last minute. The ladies there were wonderful and very knowledgeable and left me with the desired result I had been after! (Bayalage, darker top lighter ends). They also made sure myself and my daughter were taken care of and supplied my daughter with all the treats she wanted to keep her amused. Long story short - I highly recommend this salon to anyone who needs their hair coloured after a disaster! Thank you so much!!!

The staff were all very welcoming and arranged an appointment within the hr I walked in. So pleased with my haircut by Demi, she understood exactly what I was after and the results speak for themselves. A beautiful, salon with a lovely atmosphere, I will definitely be a return customer and recommend to my friends.

What an awesome salon. The staff here are fabulous, so friendly and are genuinely interested in what you would like. They know their craft and will be honest and upfront about what will work and what won't which is great when your up for a change! Such a happy place, with lovely happy people ❤

So happy with my experience here and can't wait for my next appt! Amy fixed up my colour and gave me a lovely blonde. I also went back a week later (free of charge, to have a wash and style and to ensure I was happy with my hair) and was looked after by Demi, who was equally as lovely! And then today I recieved a little thank you note in the mail. - which was a nice touch. Thanks girls, I'm excited to come back in a few weeks! X

Tiffany done a Con Cave Bob on me today, I am the most awkward Ex/ hairdresser, amazing job 1st hairdresser who has actually achieved this style. It was that good I got stopped at the Shops by this lady asking where I get my hair done 100% patience and actually listens to what you want

Perfect service and the team went above and beyond to make my colour, cut and style more than I hoped for! Every member of that team was wonderful to customers and to each other which is so rare. It created a great atmosphere. The prices were upfront and really reasonable for the products and attention. I cannot fault it, I am thrilled I found this place!

Had a haircut done by Tiffany. Can’t recommend her enough. I felt I was in the right hands. Such a lovely service. Would definitely come back.
