I had to find a game for my nephew and was a bit lost with all the different consoles and what was and wasn't compatible. I had to ask the young guy there and I have to say Brock was helpful polite knowledgeable and not only explained the difference but showed me exactly what I needed to make sure my nephews bday present was the right one. So impressed with customer service today. I asked for an item that was going out of stock and a few lovely ladies on the front service area rang around stores to find me 2 more of the product and the manager offered to drive their on his lunch break to collect for me. Talk about above and beyond! So impressed! And back dock staff also great with service at pick up point.

Hey, who knew that staff at Big W are more polite and, genuinely more helpful than Kmart staff! When I'm in Kmart I always feel condescended to and made to feel like a problem, but staff at Big W went out if their way to help me today. One employee was about to leave the shop floor, on her way to her break when I asked for help, she went back onto the shop floor and went to get the lady in charge of the section to help me find the book I was looking for. I was so impressed, she was happy and was smiling at me, I couldn't help but say thank you, and that is when I noticed how great the customer service was. I usually go to Kmart as my first choice. NOT ANY MORE!

I placed an online order this morning. One item wasn't available so Amy from the Service desk gave me a call with options etc, searched for my second choice, called me back and told me my order will be ready for collection shortly. Great customer service Amy, and a pleasure to do business with.
