Story House Early Learning Deception Bay

My son loves going to Storyhouse Deception Bay, they always have lots of extra activities like soccer and yoga which my son loves. The centre always looks clean, safe and inviting. Every morning the centre smells delicious with the pleasant aroma coming from the chefs kitchen who provides a selection of healthy and nutritious meals for the children. The teachers and carers are always friendly and happy to help. Storyhouse is definitely the best childcare in the area!

My daughter has been here for over a year now and absolutely loves it. She has had some major home changes over the last year and the staff have been nothing short of exceptional 👏. Maz loves going and management and staff are always very helpful and supportive. I am both sad and thrilled to say this is her last year in daycare and she loves her senior kindergarten shirt. Keep up the exceptional work and thank yous from my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧❤

I love this centre! My children have been coming here for years. Their services are fantastic and their staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughters educator Miss Jess creates the most amazing learning spaces and experiences. She has always values the input I give towards my daughters education and care. I would highly recommend them to any family.

My Grandbabies love going to story house, the staff are great and the care attention the kids are given Is exemplary. Learning through play is a great way for little ones to develop and learn, and this centre delivers that education in great friendly environment. Our grandbabies have come so far with social skills and their communication since attending this centre. The caring nurturing environment is second to none. The staff are are always happy to have a chat to you and every day they let you know how your child’s day went. The story house children and families are treated like one big family. I can’t thank these guys enough.

My girls have been going to Storyhouse Deception Bay for a year now and they love it! The staff are all so friendly and caring, it really is like one big family. The yard is very nature based and there is a huge sandpit in the yard which is always a hit with the kids. A smaller more caring centre. Highly recommend!

We made the move to Storey House this year and amongst all of the challenges facing the world at the moment the team were always there ready to support my family and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have been made to feel very welcome and cared for and our children are already building relationships and learning exciting things everyday. They come home with so much excitement. It’s a very well looked after centre, clean with lovely toys, resources and areas for all ages and you can see the effort made by the team to create a truly wonderful environment.

Absolutely lovely staff & lovely environment. Both my girls love coming & never want to miss a day. The staff are communicative & supportive of behaviours & dietary requirements & will do everything they can to support the parents & children

I couldnt be happier with this service. The daily cleanliness, communication with families and the general support given is beyond amazing. The community engagement from the centre goes above and beyond! My children are happy, thriving and as a Mum i feel completely at ease leaving my children with these professionals each and everyday. The service manager is super supportive and easy to talk to which makes everything so welcoming and easy!!!

I placed my son in storyhouse at Deception Bay after he was continually getting sick at his old centre, I wish I had known of this centre sooner. My son has absolutely blossomed within the few months he has been here and it's showing at home with a change in his behaviour. He is talking a lot more and now knows all of his colours and is counting along with a whole new vocabulary his confidence is climbing. He has not once been sick since joining this centre witch is an absolute blessing after having a whole year of flu off and on at the old center. I am so happy with the cleanliness of this centrr especially with the covid times we now live in.

My children love attending Story House Deception Bay. They are always so happy to arrive everyday and I know they are so well cared for by the amazing educators that provide quality education and care. I couldn’t recommend this centre enough.

Excellent staff, friendly atmosphere, clean facilities, the kids have developed good relationships with the staff and look forward to going each day, these people dedicate themselves to going above and beyond for not only the children but the families surrounding them. highly recommended. A+++

Absolutely love this centre!! The educators/staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming.
Previously at another centre my daughter was always screaming/crying whenever i would leave, and morning staff were always grouped in a corner chatting.
I tried Storyhouse in Deception Bay and have never looked back!
They offer cooked meals, nappies for babies and a 9-3 timeslot which is non existant in the area. Definite value for money!
My daughter heads off to prep next year and she is well and truly ready, knowledgeable and prepared to take the next step.
Thank you staff at storyhouse! Looking forward to seeing my youngest child reaching and exceeding the same early childhood milestones.

The staff are wonderful! My two boys attend twice a week and they always come home happy and excited about their fun day. Both boys have grown and learnt so much from this place. All the kids seem really involved, engaged and settled. The staff are amazing and the centre is constantly growing and changing. Just love it

I've never worked for a company that up holds their values as strongly as this one. Family really is first and everyone respects one another and is inclusive of one another no matter where your from or your background story. Quality doesn't just come with the resources and the amazing natural playspaces but in the educators also. I'm very proud to be part of a team such as mine at Deceptionbay and to be apart of a place that really care about children families education fun and people in the community. Honestly I can’t speak more highly of this beautiful centre !!!! From the moment I walked in I knew this was the right place for our little girl !!! Every single educator took the time to welcome us ! From Allana to Chey miss Sonia Anita Paige all of you !!! Thank you so much for welcoming us lily is such a happy little girl we have noticed some changes since lily has started with you guys she is learning so much . I’m so pleased that we have found your beautiful centre and that lily will grow right through with you guys ! It’s peace of mind for my family to know lily is in such kind caring hands. Miss Mel and Miss Sonia have supported and nurtured my oldest since starting here in February in the kindy room. My sons asks to go to school everyday including weekends. I am 100% sure my son will be ready for big school next year.

I love the service, my son in the bilby's has really adapted well within the room and to the educators who are very passionate about the children's learning. They show lots of TLC towards each child. the educators within the service go above and beyond.
