I get extremely nervous and do not handle blood tests well - I have Never felt more comfortable getting a blood test in my 26 years than that at Ochre QML sippy downs. The receptionist was lovely and the nurse who drew the blood was one of loveliest woman I had met. I normally feel a lot of pain and dizziness, but not once did I here. I did not even realise it was happening as she kept me distracted while doing it. I would recommend this place 100%. Thank you guys so much!

I arrived at 1145 and knocked on the door as there were no numbers to take. She answered the door and I said there were no numbers. She said she took them away because her lunch break is soon. Why remove the numbers? How else are people going to be waiting in order?

She was so rude . No Manners. Took my 3 weeks old son there for Blood test last week and she treated really unprofessionally.

She was so rude, no manners how to speak with someone. No idea how to attend patients. My wife and nephew went there for some tests and they treated like very unprofessionally
I will not recommend anybody to go there.

So rude! And closes the centre when they’re supposed to be open after I’d already waited for 15mins for her lunch break to finish, just expected me to wait another 30mins, not even a “sorry”, just “going to lunch” and laughed rudely

This woman is extremely rude. zero bedside manners, zero tact, I overheard her scold an elderly man yesterday for asking a question. I will not be back

She has to be the rudest asian woman i have ever met!!!
At the qml office... short tempered and short in height. Maybe there's something to that 🤔....
