QML Pathology

Fantastic. Everybody makes you feel at ease regardless of what procedure you are having. Waiting room was really clean. The collection agents ( Not sure what their titles are) are extremely caring.

I was lucky. Tried to avoid to go there however, it was the only place open before 8am.
I arrive 7:15 and 7:22 left with my test done. The lady in the reception was the same who took my blood. She is nice and knows what to do.

Great service, Helen is experienced lady, she got my blood in single try and pain free 🙂 edited on 13th July 2021. Very disappointed. Wait here 1 and half hour then front desk guy said four patients sorry come tomorrow😐. I think they should hire more staff.

I'm a Nursing consultant from UNified Health Care group. I left my bag/esky at QML maroochydore unintentionally, and drove 100 kms. I couldn't go back anymore but I needed a document inside the bag. I called QML and Shanae the Phlebotomist on shift was very understanding and helped me. She save me from driving 200 kms today.

Fiona Bennet was fantastic with our 6month old.
He needed blood to be taken. She was so confident and swift that he didnt even flinch. It was over in less then 30 seconds . And before he knew what was going on the procedure was done.
Fantastic skills. As parents, we couldnt have wished for a better result. If your child needs blood to be taken. Ask for Fiona she is wonderful.

Excellent with kids, 4&6 years olds did not even feel it. Very excited with their stickers for being brave too.

Exceptional staff and service. Needles and bloodwork make me uneasy and often times faint. They were very understanding, patient and helpful.

Professional, courteous and prompt. I was well looked after. Easy parking.

Lovely staff and nurses, especially working on a Sunday!

Marscal? I think his name was, was absolutely brilliant. Lovely dude, painless needle. In and out of the building in literally 5 mins

Efficient place, even during covid, friendly staff, would recommend for your pathology needs.
