Dropped off a very extensive nut/bolt/washer list, picked it all up the next day, everything was individually bagged and labelled in reference to my list so nothing can get mixed up. Awesome customer service, cannot recommend these guys enough! :)

Tried to get a refund on 3 metal cutting discs was refused as she said they might contain moisture despite my reassurance they were kept in a dry cupboard she wouldn’t believe me saying they couldn’t resell them so hit a brick wall wouldn’t even consider a credit so not happy at all so I went to mitre 10 in Beaudesert and related the experience the very helpful man said they would refund if I had the invoice and weren’t used what a different attitude so Simmos is off our local supplier 😡😡😡 and in addition this is despite my elderly friend bringing in a sample and then accusing me of changing my mind let’s see what the office of fair trading has to say

Terrible customer service, couldn't be bothered to help me find or order the parts I needed, won't use them again.
