First impression..very clean, wide aisle, huge selection of Filipino food , drinks, baked goods Parking available located at the side of the store. Excellent efficient customer service. She was very helpful. Look forward to purchasing my future Filipino food craving at this branch. Highly recommended ✨ 👌 👍

Ok, watch the dates of items .

Huge space but lacking so many essentials.they've been there for nearly a year,yet a smaller shop in Fitzgibbon got most items they're missing.

I bought a pack of mungo rolls from here. The employee asked if I would like a receipt. I said no to reduce need for paper/printing. When we were about to eat the rolls we realised they were expired with mould growing. We returned and asked for a refund. The employee rang her boss to ask how, but the boss refused stating “no receipt, no refund”. It’s atrocious that they couldn’t see their transaction records from only 1 hour ago. It’s disgusting that they sold us mouldy food and refused to refund over $6. It’s not the value of the product, but the principle behind it. Will report this business to Food Safety Australia. I give this business 2 stars, because at least the employee was trying to help us despite her boss’s terrible customer service.

Will never go here again.
I have no patience for price gouging and arbitrary price changes.
We bought 3 items yesterday for $3.00 ea.
Today we returned and they charged us $5.70 ea.
We didn’t realize until we checked the receipt.
We got back out of the car and returned to the store to be told the price went up today.
It was the same batch as yesterday.
Being played for a fool does not cut it in this country.!!!
FYI we spend at least $150-$200 per week in Filipino groceries.
I highly doubt anything will be learned from this feedback… 🙄
