EB Games - Aspley

Not a bad store. Staff are generally really helpful, and knowledgable. Has a good mix of games, accessories and fun stuff. One of the better EB Games.

Store is presented well and clean.
The manager is fantastic, has a great friendly vibe and happy to help and chat about the products they sell!

I always get amazing service at EB Games but yesterday the gentleman that served me went above and beyond. James was so helpful in offering advice from personal experience and made sure I left the store happy. His cheerful demeanor along with product knowledge was second to none. Great job James!

This is the friendliest EB Games I have ever been to. I am always greeted with a smile and frequently am offered friendly game banter with the staff. The team here really seem to actually care about their job and seeing their customers satisfied. I try to do business here whenever I need a game from EB, as I would be devastated to see it close down. If the rest of the Aspley Hypermarket has gotten me down, I sometimes stop by here to be reminded that people can be friendly and welcoming. To all the staff here, thank you for caring and being friendly to customers. It really does make a huge difference to my day.

Despite all the of the poor reviews about this EB store I have nothing but pleasant experiences with them, friendly service and usually more often then not no wait time to be served what so ever. Extremely helpful and polite, the store has now become my go to EB games.

The staff are really friendly, always say hi when you walk in the door and ask if you need any help with anything!
