Lynette, who is the attending Naturopath has got a wealth of knowledge and all the staff are very friendly. Furthermore the store is always well stocked with a big variety of items. I also like that every fortnight there are 20% off days.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop since relocating to the area back in 2018, and I must say that my experience has been consistently outstanding. The level of customer service provided here is truly impressive. The staff members are incredibly knowledgeable, and they willingly share their expertise to assist you. Additionally, their commitment to keeping customers informed about the status of pending items is commendable.

From my very first visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lyn, who has always made an effort to remember my name and greet me warmly. It's those personal touches that make this shop stand out. Furthermore, Victoria has gone above and beyond to assist me, showcasing her remarkable knowledge. I can confidently say that every staff member I've encountered during my time as a customer has been equally impressive.

It's worth mentioning that on days with a 20% discount, the shop tends to get quite busy. So, my advice would be to exercise patience during those times.
