Had another guy come to have a look from a different company and he told me i need all these parts to fix the problem, so thought i get a second opinion. Highly recommend. Always so easy to talk to and willing to answer all your questions. Literally buy everything from them and bypass two other pool shops in my area. Rachel or Rachael (can never remember how to spell it) is absolutely amazing and knows all there is to know. Both her and Scott really go out of their way to help and are always up for a friendly chat. Best thing they are not over priced. And you can turst me on that as I always shop around.

I inherited the maintenance of the pool and Scott and his staff have been great at giving advice about every aspect of looking after it. The staff are friendly and initially patient with the many questions I had.

If you have a magnapool system steer clear, they stock and provide the incorrect minerals for a magnapool. Will not be returning.
