After being screwed over by another builder who six months after going to contract still hadn't started, I finally pulled the pin and knocked on Steeline's door. Should have gone there in the first place. Easy to deal with, helpful and everything went smooth from start to finish. Job well done! Thanks.

We had Steeline supply a new roof, gutters and window flashing for a renovation. We were very happy with their service and quick responses. The items arrived on time and some early! Their price was also hard to beat!

Stay well clear. Extremely unprofessional and appalling customer service. We received several misleading and incorrect quotes with comments from Shane over the phone such as " you should have just signed the previous one" whilst laughing at us. Dreadful product knowledge. Very degrading and insulting. Where have businesses gone that appreciate your custom?

Our roof on our new house is leaking badly in three spots and has caused damage. Steeline had a look the first time it leaked and told me that it will leak if there are leaves in the gutters and that it was my fault for not installing gutter guard. I have received advice that states the building code requires the gutters to overflow without backing up into the roof even if the gutters and/or downpipes are completely blocked.

Poor knowledge of Sunshine Coast building code led to us being out of pocket, and ultimately not proceeding with their services. Unprofessional.
