Not only that the experience was fantastic and it exceeded expectations.They took the time to ensure the devices met exactly the needs and lifestyle of my husband. The ladies at Stanthorpe I hear done a fantastic job setting up my hearing aids I hadn’t worn them for 12 months but now that they’re set up properly with the app I haven’t taken them out except when I go to bed.

As a tourist visiting Stanthorpe, we had a problem with a hearing aid.
The person in the shop was very friendly and helpful.
She fixed the problem and the hearing aid was workind again. Without that it would have spolied our holiday.
Its realy nice to see such a good service.

I was very impressed with the way the testing was carried out, very professional, if I was asked to give a score out of 10 I would have said 15. My experience with another "mob", ten years ago, put me off hearing aids until now.
