Priceline Pharmacy Garden City

Came to Priceline for a flu shot, and it was completely painless. I couldnt even feel the needle go in. Susan is very good at what she does. Serioudly impressed. Thanks Susan!!

Quite possibly the nicest and most well stocked Priceline I’ve ever been to. There was such a great selection, particularly of makeup brands I haven’t seen in any other Pricelines! Highly recommend the elf products and Milani - was surprised to see both of these incredible brands here. Unfortunately no sales on them when I went but I’ll be sure to keep an eye out in the future when I come back!

The pharmacist - Catherine is always supporting my family and I with information on all of our immunisations and medications. Her attention to detail and genuine care factor left me feeling more empowered about my recovery. Catherine also has impeccable interpersonal skills that leave me feeling heard, respected and supported. What an exceptional pharmacist.

Quick and easy, with friendly staff happy to help if you look lost. Showed a product they had on their website and found it immediately with their help.

Bought aloe vera cream, they also have a larger bottle but this is a good convenient size.

The customer service is good and staff are so nice. The products I want are only available in this store and I ordered online for click & collect. I arrived there at the last minute when they were closing the store, but the staff were still welcoming and gave me my order with some skincare samples. Because I live far away and the traffic jam delayed my plan, if not for them, I could only have to cancel the order.

One of the best heath & beauty care shops I’ve been to. Staff are so helpful and so great full for their low budget price range for low income earners who like to care for their hair & skin. Everytime has been a great experience. Highly recommended as every single female staff that works in there made mine and my daughters shopping experience very comfortable.

There was this one particular lady who is often at the counter, with gray hair. I don't know her by name. She has always been a joy every time I had her to process my payment, to be honest. She always has a warm smile, and something nice to say. It's definitely just courtesy talk, but with a little bit of extra something that I can't put my finger on. It's like she's genuinely interested in building a rapport during that brief exchange, without going overboard like some of the people in the industry tend to do (a trait which I'm not a fan of at all). Gives off the vibe of that friendly Mrs. Nonna in your neighbourhood who everyone knows and likes, and has nice flower beds lining the garden haha

She was the reason why I always go to this particular branch whenever I need to go to Priceline or similar shops when I used to live in Qld until about 4-5 months ago.

This store has EVERYTHING!!! Heaps of friendly approachable knowledgeable staff. Sooooo many products to choose from. The store is clean well lit, fully stocked and has clear displays. I'm always buying more than I intended to because I've found something that I want or I need. Being a member has its perks too!

The pharmacist is so lovely. I think her name is Katherine. She is always happy to help you, I recently had my fifth covid vaccine from there. I always find her to be very caring and understanding. Would highly recommend her to everyone. Also very noticeable staff about make up, changing hair colour. It is located on the ground level on Westfield Garden City.😁😀

Our first visit here and Katherine Ngo the pharmacist was very helpful assessing my wound and giving some advice without/with prescription. Her advice helped us a lot to obtain the prescription we needed and even after that spent time trying to find the best option to heal my wound. I highly recommend this pharmacy and we thank Katherine for her generous help to help us obtain the treatment we needed.

I received fantastic customer service at Priceline pharmacy, Garden City Qld today. The store was very busy and Susan the pharmacist was working alone. She was unflappable. I had a difficult escript problem and she was so kind and patient helping me secure my script. She phoned 3 pharmacies to help achieve this, all while attending to an interruptive elderly customer and other people in the queue.
I also received prompt and friendly service from another staff member who helped me choose a perfume.
