I'm very pleased with James and his team. They did a great job fixing my car within a day. Very friendly and honest. For someone with minimal knowledge about cars, they made sure I understood the problems my car had and didn't get any surprise charges. I've been there twice now and I'm definitely coming back!

I highly recommend Creek Road Auto Service Centre for everyone - especially people like me who don't particularly know anything about cars. James explained what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the day so there were no surprises when the bill came. He even went to the extra effort of calling several suppliers to find the cheapest parts.

Pete was a stand up guy from the get go, and I knew I could rely on and trust him to care for my Starlet (aka Bubble car 💦🚙).
Pete does excellent quality work, and keeps it affordable. He is easy to get in touch with and forthcoming with progress updates!! Everything is clean, he doesn't BS me, and he runs by an air tight schedule.

I can recommend talking to the team. I faced a potentially expensive repair. James took the time and went through all possible other causes and remedies that I could attend to myself. Lo and behold, we found the problem and with minimal cost. They have serviced my car and my wife's and always had reliable and honest service.

Very helpful and professional. Ran me through a detailed list of potential problems my car had, why they were happening, and how detrimental they were, without trying to squeeze out a few more dollars.

The first time in years that I've taken my car in for a service and haven't been asked for $1000+ in return.

We were looked after so well on totally short notice after a major break down on the motorway. If it werent for Zico and his recommendation to visit his workshop in a casual conversation prior to our breakdown we would not have had a clue where to even go. The boss James had such clarity on the damage and method of repair and got us back on the road faster than we could believe. I dont need to build these guys up really the proof is in their service and delivery which is second to none. THANKYOU SO MUCH.

If you look for an honest mechanic don't look further. He will not try to rip you off. I would recommend him to anyone who wants peace of mind and who value good customer service.

I just recently went to these guys from the recommendation of my sister and was so happy with the service I got there. The guys were so helpful and did everything they could to help me, the staff were so friendly and explained everything to me in detail and gave me options of what needed to be done to my car.
