Shan Colombani is the friendliest and most professional Property Manager and Agent. She always responds to my messages and questions promptly with detail and has made my first experience renting a stress-free one. Her kindness and extensive knowledge has made me a really lucky and grateful renter and I always feel comfortable talking to her. She is always fully transparent and works really hard to get me and my roommates the best housing experience possible. She went the extra mile to make sure our rental was in the best possible condition before we moved in (replaced all our carpets with vinyl flooring, made sure shower was fixed) so that the transition would be smooth. She is the best!

The team at McGrath has been fabulous through my 5 year tenancy. Shan is always quick to respond to any queries, and she has a professional and friendly manner - she’s a pleasure to deal with!

Nicole Geissler has been our property manager for roughly the last year. Nicole has been the best property manager we’ve dealt with by far. We’ve really appreciated how helpful and prompt she has been with any concerns or issues we’ve raised. As a renter it can be time consuming and stressful when trying to get issues addressed and resolved by owners, Nicole however has been able to help us reach outcomes quickly and always keeps us updated. We have had a fantastic experience renting our house with Kayla Johnson so far. Several other rental agencies gave us rent appraisals for lower amounts, but Kayla gave us an ambitious estimate and backed herself to find a tenant in that range. We were hesitant but took the leap of faith and she secured a tenant at the top of the range within a weekend.

She has provided prompt responses and has been very transparent and efficient in all our dealings. Highly recommend.

As a tenant sometimes you get forgotten about, I have been blown away by the treatment from Jacob at McGrath Real Estate new farm. Right from the get go I have had quick replies, and know exactly where we stand with the application right through to putting in for service requests. I also have to mention that the “service request set up” for tenants is so easy. It’s all done online through a link and the Tradies always turn up exactly when the app says they will. I signed a lease agreement for a property based in New Farm and my property manager was Katie Grissell. As the owner is moving back in, I have just finished my 12 months lease.

My experience from start to finish with Katie was quite honestly the best I have experienced. After recently returning home to Brisbane from Sydney, Katie assisted with everything from arranging the lease start remotely and now on lease end, a prompt review and bond return.

I only had a few maintenance issues while living there and again, Katie was always extremely prompt and efficient in communicating with me, I was never left trying to get in touch or waiting long for an update.

If I ever have an investment property in Katie’s catchment area I know who I’ll be going to for property management! Thank-you Katie and McGrath!

Nicole Geissler from McGrath realestate has been my property manager at the apartment I live in for over a year. I can’t recommend or thank her enough. Renting and moving is typically stressful but Nicole spared no effort in ensuring it was a total breeze. This was the first property I rented alone so I had a few questions and needed some help along the way and it was never too much trouble for her and she always got back to me immediately (please take more time off Nicole lol).

During the floods and extreme weather events her and her team even phoned me to make sure I was okay and if there was anything unsafe at the property that needed attention. I was really taken back by this gesture.

During my tenancy, I’ve accidentally locked myself out …more than once… So I was prepared for the tone that property managers usually like to use on forgetful tenants like me. Well… turns out, shes nothing like other property managers! She made herself available every time to get me back into the apartment as soon as possible.

Overall she’s kind, helpful and compassionate. It really made my tenancy stress free and welcoming.
