Dr Ayda is the best! Like most people I dread going to the dentist but, Dr Ayda, is very knowledgeable, caring and wonderful at making you feel very comfortable. Junior is fantastic on the front desk. He is always friendly and makes the booking process very easy. Excellent customer service all round.

I arrived early and the team were ready to treat me. Dr Cuibuc-Batcu was very friendly and I felt comfortable with her and her assistant’s immediately. Junior at the front desk was so helpful on the phone when booking my appointment and so professional and welcoming in person. I was recommended this clinic by my husband and a friend and will definitely recommend the team at Southport Primary Dental to others.

Service provided by Junior is the best customer service. He is always
ready to help and finding solutions, I have been visiting the clinic for more than 7 years and no where better for your dental check ups and needs.

I'm always fearful seeing a dentist but I'm glad I came and see Dr Ayda. I was her last patient yet she didn't rush it and worked thoroughly and overtime. She's explain what needed to be done - very professional.

I feel very comfortable with Dr Ayda. Junior the reception was very welcoming even late at night. Thanks to the assistant as well.

I have not been to the dentist in sooo long ( I suffer a bit of anxiety ) but Dr Ayda & her assistant Ronak are the DREAM TEAM, they both put me at ease & are so calm, caring, & quite simply, amazing.
It didn't hurt one bit either!

Dr Ayda is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is gentle, caring, highly skilled and I trust her 100%. I went for a check up, clean and fillings. I was a bit tense at the start, but her calming way made me feel at ease. She did such an amazing work on my teeth and even fixed and saved a tooth that was in a bad way. So relieved! Ronak, Dr Ayda’s assistant, took such good care of me as well. She has such a warm nature, very gentle and kind. Junior at the front desk helped me so much on the phone and in person with appointments and organising myself. When I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable with his cheerful and friendly way. He was so helpful and treated me so kindly that I knew I was at the right place straight away. I’ve been coming to Primary Dental for some time now. I have to say, Junior NEVER misses a beat with anything. I adore him and Dr Ayad so much. No matter the problem, they both always look after me. Thank you

I am 63 and have had dental treatment since I was 8 years old . I used to go with my mother , as I had a fear of dentists , throughout my adult life this fear remained with me , until I met the the team at primary dental . I feel the reason the procedures are so much easier to tolerate my dentist takes a great deal of time to ensure the correct anaesthetic and time for this to take effect . This approach is by far the best to the point that as stupid as this sounds I actually like going To the practise as I have met all the staff . I am extremely busy and my schedule is always a good EXUSE. Not to go to the dentist but junior. (Receptionist ) will call me before and after the appointment and after a lifetime of free of dentists , I am free of this fear . I had extensive work done due to neglect but my experience with junior and my dentist proves. It really is never too late . To younger people reading this review please take a leaf out of my book and see primary dental care and start early you will avoid all the issues that I have had . I would recommend this practice as the best dental practice with outstanding results . I feel like I have my life back .
