I had liposuction done by Dr Kwok a few days ago. Cannot recommend enough. The girls at front desk were amazing. Customer service 10/10! The nurses and all the staff were incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and looked after me post op so well. I was so nervous going in but they really did everything they could to make my experience as painless as they could. Dr Kwok was so friendly and I would definitely trust him with any other procedure. You won’t be disappointed

I can't thank the staff at the Southport Cosmetic Institute enough for my recent BA. The whole experience from the initial consultation, the procedure and the post op care has been phenomenal. I am now 12 weeks post op with round high profile Mentor gel breast implants and I couldn't be happier with my results. So happy with my results
I had breast implants. Wait time for the surgery was minimal, the process was so stream lined, the staff and surgeons were all so professional. I felt as though dr John Flynn did not give me a lot of attention and consideration and worried he was just a yes man in the consultations but he just knows what he is doing and as long as you have a good idea of what you want he will make it happen. Most affordable implants I could find on the gc and amazing results with wonderful professional service.

Absolutely loved my experience with Dr Nguyen and all the lovely nurses and staff at TCI Southport.
They all made me feel so comfortable and at ease and happily answered the million and one questions I had for them!
Dr Nguyen has done a fantastic job and I'm absolutely over the moon with my new assets. I wish I'd done it earlier!

I just recently had an experience with TCI and I cannot fault them by any means. From the second you are greeted at reception by the lovely ladies to talking to your surgeon and feeling 100% comfortable during the consultation. On the day of surgery you are cared for by the lovely ladies and everything runs smoothly, from seeing the pre op nurse, meeting the anesthetist and going through everything again with your surgeon. You really feel comfortable and in safe hands. I have had a really good recovery So far with no pain at all and I can't thank the post op nurse Pita enough and also Dr Nguyen and all the staff at TCI for everything they have done. I Would highly recommend The Cosmetic Institute to everyone. They truly are amazing

From the first point of contact the whole team has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The girls at front counter easily organise all your bookings & run through any questions you may have.

The Surgeons & Consultants ensure through your first meeting that the best choices are made for you personally and don't let you leave until you are completely comfortable with the entire process.

On the day of surgery everything is run efficiently and with your comfort in mind. Your nurse, anesthetist and surgeon again run through everything making sure you are comfortable the entire time and soothe any nerves you may have.

Personally my surgery was quick, easy and I had only very mild pain throughout recovery, back to work in a week & couldn't be happier with the entire process so far!

Everyone you deal with is bright & bubbly and make the whole experience as easy as possible & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have already done so with friends now booked in for surgery later this year.

TCI southport staff and surgeons are highly trained and so professional. Felt very welcome and most importantly safe. I knew I was in good hands. Dr Kenny was my surgeon and would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a BA in the future definitely the best in the business.

my first surgery experience was easy and everyone at the gold Coast clinic was just amazing and so welcoming.

I email the staff every week just to ask about my recovery and to ask questions. without fail they will always call me to make sure I'm okay with everything. the ladies honestly feel more like friends haha pretty much all of them have experienced the same procedure, so I know I can trust their advice :) my nurse held my hand when putting me to sleep as I am phobic of needles haha and my Dr had a very good sense of humour which made me feel more comfortable .

I especially want to thank my post operative nurse , Pita :) she helped make the post visits comfortable for me and familiar to me ! it's nice coming back to the same familiar face every appointment! she is very approachable and easy to get along with . she is definitely an asset to the company!

Dr nguyen is such an awesome doctor! he made everything fun and easy !! cannot wait till I heal completely! I am already so happy with my results !!
