Two nights in a row the staff have not only made the food cheaper, but have excelled in taste and portion size. As an essential worker I need good food to continue my job. Highly recommend this restaurant as first port of call in these hectic times

We have eaten at this restaurant a few times and have always found the food to be delicious, hot and served with a smile. I can highly recommend this place for a casual authentic chinese meal. Prices are very reasonable with an extensive menu. We will be back!

Great food, very affordable. One of my favourite places to eat at the KG Village Centre. Daily lunch specials available at a discounted price around $12.50 comes with a drink. Regular lunch menu $13.5. They should hire someone who is able to speak English. The restaurant is sometimes understaffed and you might have to wait a while before ordering and actually get your food. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry. Ask for a repeat of your order to ensure they got it right.

The waiter didnt understand English very well but was friendly enough. He didn't really know his menu that well. The cooking is Hong style. It's aimed at uni students with posters of LeBron James and kobe Bryant all over the walls. (they are obviously targeting guys who love the NBA - the two other tables had asain students who wore NBA jerseys).
The Food -
The chicken fried noodles were OK (better than mi goreng packet noodle quality - which I love, but the fact it reminded me a little of packet noodles is disconcerting). The garlic prawns were OK - again nothing to write home about. Would I go back...? Hmm.... Maybe (for some of the Hong Kong style snacks) but Honestly I'd probably go to jackpot down the road.
