The hearing specialist didn’t ask what type of phone we had and when we went to get the aids the following week, going to cost more than $8000, it wasn’t compatible. Don’t you think that would be the first question you would ask? We were early for the appointment and almost 15 minutes after our appointment time, the receptionist apologised for the wait, as they were waiting for the aids to charge, why wasn’t it done before our arrival? The delay wasn’t for another client. So disappointed and let down by the experience. We are still waiting for the follow up call to fix the situation two days later.
