Awesome customer service thanks to Drew got discount on a board cover,leg strap,and fins he recommended these items as it's been a while since I last was surfing,chucked in a board scrapper thingy nice,parking out back,many shops in the vicinity to visit.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Happy to throw in a few freebies and discounts when buying a new board too! Highly recommend and will return.

I ve been coming at the Gold Coast for many years, all I can say is Empire is definitely the best surf shop by far in 2024… You will find everything from boards to clothing (O’Neil, rusty, etc)

Fantastic after sales support on a board that had suffered damage during shipping. The board was replaced lightning fast and James was super helpful and supportive all the way. A good product is great but good after sales support...just in case....is hard to find these days.

Surfboard Empire's customer service is great. Any questions regarding dimensions, recommended products to suit a set up or yourself, ordering process, custom orders.. they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have received a board. It was perfectly shaped, no damage and came with a free board bag.

I'm going to order a second board soon. I have no doubt it will come in perfect condition and within the time period estimated.

Amazing customer service representative was really open and friendly & helpful, and happy to have a chat about non-product related things! Purchasing was easy, and my board arriving in less than 24hrs from Qld border to Sydney, was the icing on the cake 👌🏼 Would give 5-stars purely based on the fact they use a courier, rather than Australia post. So to recap, 1. smooth and streamlined website experience, 2. Good range of products (only place I found with 9ft catch surf in stock) 3. Great customer service 4. popped in to have a browse, left with a board. these guys are a bunch of freaking, legends!! chillest staff you’ll ever meet, always happy to help and chat away about surfing. Drew was there to assist , the entire time, never felt pressured into buying anything. they’ll throw in discounted fins, free grip & wax, even got to pick a free jumper., this store is stocked up with that much surf gear, it’s ridiculous.

There are times in life when customer service is so good that you are compelled to shout it from the roof tops.
I have just bought my third board from the Surfboard Empire, the first two from the Cooley store and the most recent from the Nobby’s store.
Matt the store manager was helping me out on both occasions, his ability to understand what I am after in progression from original purchase a year ago using all his his experience and knowledge, also involving other crew in the shop adding their experience with boards I was interested in.
Great customer service is hard to explain but you know when it happens.

The team gave me their time and expertise without pressure.

The online and telephone staff were helpful, professional and friendly and went to great lengths to get me the correct FCS 11 Split Keel Quad fins that I was wanting. Follow up, delivery and communication was great. A first rate experience. Thank you!

Absolutely love this shop I bought a lost sabotage the service and knowledge of the boards and find was beyond my expectations they are very nice and accommodating. And took off a lot of money on the he price of a whole new set up. I would highly recommend the boys here dead set legends!!

These guys are great! Soooo happy with my new Carver surfskate board. Surfboard Empire Nobbys were so helpful and friendly PLUS they sent my board by express Courier (free shipping). Took 2 business days from their store in Qld to my house in Gosford, NSW. I’ll be back :)

Friend of mine recommended me to check out Surfboard Empire when shopping for a board. And boy he was right. It looked like surfboard heaven to me with the collection of boards they have!!
Staff was very helpful and made me feel very welcome as a weekend warrior surfer. Gave me some great advice which board would suit my ability and wishes. Will definitely go back again if I’m on the lookout again for a new board (or potentially a surf skate..?)
