The Boys House of Coffee

Loved finding this place on a Saturday while the markets were on as they had a muso playing while enjoying our brunch. Food is excellent and love the range of choice. Coffee is good too, although it was hot, so i ordered an iced latte, but it was good and strong. My favourite is the falafel salad, which they allowed me to add a poached egg to... the only down side was they forgot about it - so it came halfway through me eating my meal - but no big deal really.

Had breakfast here for the first time with my husband. Loved the food we ordered with the dukkah, sourdough bread, chutney, haloumi chips and mushrooms, and serving size is big enough to share :)

The cheesy bean burrito 🌯 is soooo good 😍

Good location. You can't miss it. Young staff very polite and cherry. Really good tasting coffee and a good menu.

The best brunch I had. The food and drink I ordered were so delicious. Great service. I felt good sitting outside enjoying my meal. It would be good if my table got clean wiped a bit though.

Absolutely love this cafe!!! I get eggs benedict here on a weekly basis as well as a coffee/quick breaky throughout the week on my way to work. They do phone orders and the food & coffee is always on point. Staff always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend :)

Excellent coffee, nice food. However, some of the "breakfast food" items are pricey. That's the case with all "Cafe food", I guess. Their coffees are excellently priced though, and the food is of nice quality. One of the most iconic Kelvin Grove hangouts. God I'm going to miss this place when I graduate.

Good food and good service. The rotating menu is great, and the standard menu is always consistently presented and very good value. The chef is very accommodating of special requests, and is clearly passionate about what she does. Coffee is quite acidic and dark roast, which some people prefer, but unfortunately gives me a stomach ache.
This place would be PERFECT if only they switch their coffee beans.

These guys are my local! I love the staff. The owner, Lawrence, is always up for a chat. It's dog friendly. Breakfast is always nice between a breakfast wrap or thick toast with avocado! Yum. Kyle and Bree behind the til are always a joy to speak with. I am here daily, often multiple times a day!

Easily one of the best cafes in Brisbane, coffee is superb, they have actual chefs doing their food rather than kitchen assistants and it really shows. AND the al fresco area on a street corner is the closest thing to being in Paris I’ve been to in Oz. Great service, always busy but they are so efficient, almost never have to wait more than a few minutes. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Coffee was pretty good prepared well, enjoyed the food thoroughly too!

Surprised I havnt reviewed them yet as I’ve been going here for the better part of 10 years. Great staff, good coffee, and the best breakfast bagel (though I like it on Turkish)

I'm in Kelvin Grove every Thursday and I look forward to my Thursday morning coffee each week! Staff so warm and welcoming. I can wholeheartedly recommend the falafel wrap it's delicious

The go too. Cosy and character. Lovely little corner pocket in the Kelvin grove Urban village. Well priced, got the basics and does them well. Generally also offers an interesting selection of specials. I don’t feel like there’s a risky menu choice, I know I’m not going to walk away disappointed.

Such a great little cafe and seems very busy! Great customer service! Cafes like this remind me why I love the industry so much.

Great coffee. Good choice of menu items and reasonably priced. I have to say the cheeseburger and chips sounded expensive. But it was worth every cent. Home made beef patty. Melted cheese. Awesome chips and aolie. Great spot

Came in before a big day of study. Lovely coffee, service and the Kale and Halloumi fritter was so yum! Great vibes all around.
