David's Noodle & Hotpot

I’ve tried David’s hot pot only once after this at garden city. But I have to say BRISBANE CITY DAVID HOTPOT THE BEST!!, you might be wondering why well what’s the difference. 1. The scenery is nicer and so spaced out 2. The workers are kinder and have way better service then garden city and lastley 3. The food was just better idk how but it was. I wanted to try the stir fry and it was ligit the BOMB other than me dying for 10 mins after I finished . But that’s a story for another time. Just a warning for anything that is like I can have a little bit of spice YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SURVIE MILD IF U DO JOT HAVE A DRINK AND MENATLLY AND PHYSCIALLY READY! I am like I can handle spice so it has more of a flavour yeahhhh all I tasted for the first 20 mins of me eating it was just an I gonna die now it’s so spicy. 🌶 AND IT WAS JIST MILD but it has a nice flavour but just soo spicy . The stir fry could have a little more fbalour but that’s all that needs to change the soup always good and reliable . Toppings always good nothing wrong . And prices so cheap like where can u find places that fil up SOOO MUCH BUT BE SO CHEAP both these dishes were like $30 SO CHEAP RIGHT .So I recommend this place a 9.5/10 Come here but remember to bring a drink. Choose your own noodle bowl! Loads of variety, cooked up in 5min flat and super delicious! If you can't finish it, take away options are available. Super affordable coming in at around $22 with all the extras, and I left with enough for dinner 😁

Heaps of fresh ingredients to choose from and the soup base is absolutely delicious! Go with the mild if you don't want it too spicy, the medium might be a bit too much for some people (me included). You pay by the gram so price can differ depending on what you throw in the bowl. Love eating here!!!

Tasty broths, enjoyed the spice and food came out quickly. My bowl was loaded with meat and worked out to be the same price as any other noodle bowl in the foodcourt.

Be sure to arrive before 1215pm otherwise you'll be waiting in line!

Food is really great consistenly. I always order the Tom Yum soup which is great value for the amount of food you get.

P.S. Don't come here for good customer service, staff don't care if you live or die and probably aren't paid enough to, fortunately I only care about the quality of the food.

A really unique dining experience - you grab a big bowl and tongs, walk past the large array of vegetables, noodles, meats and other items and add what you like to the bowl. They then weigh the bowl and charge you by weight and ask if you’d like it as a soup or a stir fry. Both are delicious. Highly recommend trying at least once.

reasonable price, good taste and yummy. They are very busy during lunch time, would like to have again.

A favourite of ours when it comes to hotpot noodles. We like to buy a large serving and share as a family. The price is great and the variety of noodles of toppings is good too. It's a small store with limited seating so choose the takeaway option to sit at the tables further away.

It is so delightful to experience this hot pot place. To recall my experience yesterday one of your staff was very helpful and I believe her name is Mindy. She was a very accommodating person, she was very generous in explaining everything to me and had good suggestions regards to soup base and stuff. Expect my return. CHEERS!

After reading many negative review, i came to the restaurant. I like the soup and the ingredients options. There r several kinda of food you can choose from. The staff are fine they r not over friendly but no rudeness. The price is fair too

The store is in a shopping mall. There are many raw meat, vegetables, meatballs, types of soups, etc to choose from. You can choose a spiciness level from mild to flaming hot. Pay by weight, starting at a minimum of 400 grams. Recommended 😋😋

I fell in love with the Hotpot meal having tried it once before but the stir fry for me was a real game changer! Ingredients are always fresh and the broth has never disappointed! Always consistently delicious!! Yum! Just writing this review is getting me hungry!

Dry pot is much better than the soup one.
Tried two different David’s noddles shops in both Sunnybank and Brisbane city. City one taste better ☺.

One of the best food places that I have been to in Brisbane. I love the hundreds of selections of ingredients. Just a suggestion that for Hygienic purposes, probably, plastic disposable gloves would be a great addition in the ingredient station so that food tongs have less contact with people's hands. The food is great!

Tasty food. The soup base is amazing. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy store.

However, I think they should cut the large or long ingredients into a smaller size, it is quite hard to eat.

Pretty good place to have a tasty Chinese soup

Pick your ingredients from a wide range yourself with tongs and a bowl, and have them turned into a soup or stir fry. Pay by weight of your ingredients.
I love to get about 500g ingredients with the laksa soup base (as I find the malatang too salty), medium spicy, the garlic, spring onion and coriander added and a side of sesame paste to dip. I have a mix of enoki and shiitake mushrooms, shaved pork belly, fish balls, crab stick, prawns, greens veg. It's so tasty!
My kids love this place too, being able to pick their own ingredients, even if I do make them include some veg!

Such a fun concept! Food was good and would highly recommend! Keep in mind though that the “mild” level of spicy is still pretty spicy!

Dry noodle(malashangguo..??) is No.1 in the world. People said they are rude on the reviews. I didn’t feel like that. Especially, the guy is wearing glasses was so kind. And lady staff was so clear to call the number. Everything was so good.

My 2nd visit and love it. Deliciously made with fresh ingredients.
