This unassuming store has it all, a massive range of sizes and widths, all the reputable runner's brands. The most important thing is actual customer service. Eva listened, assisted my neurodiverse son in a clear and knowledgeable way that kept him calm, and we got shoes that fit his feet and needs (after being dismissed by Athlete's Foot minutes before on the same subject). The prices are competitive with all the majors. A completely stress-free experience. Customer for life. Thank you!

The gentleman who helped me today was so amazing and so knowledgeable. I came in not knowing anything about running shoes and only some pointers from my podiatrist and the gentleman took all that on board and fitted me into a super comfy pair of runners. He was very eager to share his knowledge so that I know how to take care of my feet and my shoes while running. Highly recommend this business!

Robbie was amazing!! He was so accommodating, knowledgeable and really kind and tolerant of my little ones. Helped us pick some great shoes, gave us a deal. He has a great variety of kids shoes. Definitely recommend.

I was after shoes for my son and the sales person found us a great pair in his size and favourite colour that was within our $60 budget. Because of the great service, we were in and out in 10 minutes. We will definitely come again for our next pair of sports shoes.

What a great shop. I came in wanting some comfortable and sturdy shoes for work. Such friendly, honest, and expert advice. The assistant could see straight away I needed a specific type of fit due to how I walked. Tried on some Sauconys which is a brand I wasn’t familiar with. I’ve now worn them for a day and the comfort level is second to none!! The owners are clearly passionate about what they do. Support local business you will be glad you did. Cheers :-)

The owner knows his stuff. If you are a runner and you want to look at shoes that aren't Nike branded, this is a good place to look. Unfortunately, not a large selection of faster/plated runners, but there was a very broad selection of stability and trail-running shoes and they stock some of the lesser known brands such as Hoka and Saucony

Walked in today was blown away !!!! Spoke to Robbie about my needs, I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet all day etc. He took the time to explain to me what shoes would be a good fit & .even asked if I could walk for him without shoes, he noticed I walk inwards & explained which would offer me the best support. I was amazed!! No other shoe store has offered me that level of customer service. Do yourself a favour & go see Robbie at Mt Gravatt Sport Zone. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended. I hate buying shoes normally. I have orthotics and it's usually a hard task to find the right shoes. I was recommended by a friend to go here and I won't go anywhere else now! So helpful and friendly. The staff have excellent knowledge of podiatry and shoe fitting. They took the time to check my walk, my orthotics and my fit. For the first time in years, I have shoes that are comfortable and fit right! Thank you

I got my trail running shoes from Sport Zone. Owner is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and can help you identify the correct shoes for your budget. The prices are really competitive which is amazing considering the fact that you get really good recommendations based on your running. I will be buying my sports shoes from here and will recommend folks here.

Exceptional owner-operated store and my preferred choice when it comes to getting school runners or sports gear for my children. The owners are knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell. My child has flat feet with hypermobility and they get it right every time. Great fitting, quality shoes at reasonable prices.

Really great shoe store in Mt Gravatt with a friendly owner. Picked up a new pair of New Balance 880 v9s here yesterday. Couldn't be happier after the first trot with them and would definitely return to this store for my next pair. Not the biggest range in the world and not a huge array of different colours, but being something of a no-fashion consumer when it comes to running shoes this is of little significance to me. In the past I've felt a little bit of pressure at other chain sports shoe stores to buy certain brands or models but that was not a problem here. That store will remain nameless but it rhymes with Mathletes Toot 😛. Truly local feel at Sport Zone and the owner was more than happy to take time to find the right shoe for me. Great experience and would highly recommend trying here for your next running shoe. Nice range and great prices

I have a wide foot and need a natural shoes as I tend to supernate (roll outwards).

I love the fact that I can go here and not only do they have a shoe I need for my feet, they have women's versions.

EVERY other place I have been to, including my podeterist, have put me in a men's shoe due to the width of my feet.

They have amazing product knowledge. Are friendly. And they even remember me when I go back.

Have bought 3 pairs of shoes from here and its the only place I will go now.
