Storage King Mount Gravatt

I have been renting a space here for around a year now and the team has been fantastic. Our encounters have been friendly and their communication has been open. It is my last day today renting today but will consider returning next time I have any storage needs! 5 Stars!

Very impressed by their customer service and support. They also greet you with a smile on their face as you walk into their office. Rarely happens these days…

Being overwhelmed with the process of moving interstate. Gianna and Jordan went over and above to help us. Gianna said she would take care of us even recommending Armstrong removalists for the move. Everything was seamless, quick and easy and cost effective. Felt very blessed to have come across a company like this who is honest, trustworthy and helpful. The facilities are clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend them to everyone I speak too.

Amazing customer service, I went in yesterday to have my wheels packed and sent, the customer service that the manager offered was amazing. Very helpful, nothing was too hard for her and even helped me box them up and wrap them for a safe trip across Australia. I highly recommend this business and will always use this particular location for any boxing or storage needs. Thank you again!

The lady was very helpful, she stumbled over her words a little but I think that comes with having done the job for so long. Haha. It was a pleasure to meet with her and hopefully dealing with the facility alone will be just as smooth.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had any questions and queries. They provided me with all the information I needed and some that I didn't even know I needed. When I organized something with them, they did exactly what they said they would do and they were always polite and punctual. The prices were fantastic and the opening special is brilliant. The storage areas are clean tidy and they catered for all of my storage needs. I would recommend this storage king to anyone needing self storage.
