Had a great experience with libbie and James duty manager at 4pm today
Regarding refunding a optus deal sim card.
Purchased with a Japanese credit card could not use the Sim card.
Calling the sim card number was hopeless and frustrating for the student
James and libbie dealt with the issue promptly and professionally
Just waiting on refund to Japanese credit card

This Coles always has the best bargains . They have great bakery , meat, dairy and veggie cheap cheap specials . Love my Coles Sssssshhh

Nice store. Well set out.
Although I was disappointed with the lack of cooked chickens 😞 considering it was in the early evening visit and chickens were still being cooked, and others had been removed from the heating area 🤔😔 and put in the deli area.

All the other areas appeared well stocked. The self check out area feels a tad cluttered though and I found it rather busy due to lack of operating staffed check-outs open!

Good quality Coles. Clean and organised. Most helpful team members. Exceptional service especially from Charmayne (bakery).

Clean supermarket, the staff are not crowding the aisles all at once with click and collect orders like they do at other stores impeding the customers way.

Better than the one at Helensvale in my opinion. It's huge and has probably everything one my need for thier kitchen. Love the place

This is my local supermarket, the staff are absolutely awesome, always welcoming and willing to help with inquiries. Fresh produce is always decent bakery products are fresh , the prices are generally fair. Specials change every Wednesday
