A simple Accident in Mareeba whereby one of their trucks clipped my parked car causing rear bumper and tail light damage. The truck driver was honest enough to wait till I returned to admit to the accident and provide me with his details. On that bases alone, shows integrity of this business and their drivers.

I can highly recommend PFM Corp. Regular shipments - On time and safely delivered. Especially expensive sensitive High Speed document scanners.

Good place to deliver to friendly people and helpful

One of their truck drivers decided to merge over into our lane today, while I was already driving beside him and intentionally hit our car. He didn't stop to see if we were okay or to take responsibility for the damage he did. It really shocks me to think that someone driving a heavy vehicle can have no regard for other peoples' lives.

Dodgy as hell. I complained about the company throwing my parcel out the window of the truck at my garden and my next parcel goes missing.
The last tracking update shows it was signed into the depot in Brisbane.
Response to my missing (??) parcel email.

We have completed the depot search and unfortunately, our team is unable to find this parcel and therefore has to declare this parcel lost in transit.

Please advise your Seller as they may be able to lodge a claim.

You should let the seller know what happened, and if necessary you can send them this email thread as evidence (this will act as proof of what happened).

The seller/sender will then contact us if there is any issue. Again, they can use this email as proof of what has happened. All lost issues must be managed this way.

The entire blame is put on the seller.
Avoid if possible

One of their truck drivers - Dark guy with no front teeth - parked into oncoming traffic lane, parked, and abused all the traffic to get out of his way - yelled racial slurs and comments about peoples hair and weight. PFM were very good when i rang them to say what happened and they said they would follow up - that the truck driver was from DB Schenker. Truck number plate XQ55TE and 972 on side of cabin.

Saw a truck tailgating a ute on the highway so close. He's driving a big truck. Needs retraining. When we got to a big hill with an overtaking lane he wanted to get ahead of me. I didn't let him because I am driving a car with ten times the acceleration. He was annoyed at that too. If you can't drive with due care and attention you don't deserve to be on the road. Rego of truck is 875-TPZ. Happened around 11 am today

Deliverd a chair to a 92 year old man in second floor unit. Told him to carry the two huge boxes downstairs. Did they not notice he could not walk. Was big enough for 123kg chair when full

Be nice if your driver wasn't speeding in the emergency lane and try to run my car into on coming traffic.
