F45 TRAINING SOUTHPORT

Very supportive and encouraging staff. I didn’t think I could go to F45 being in my 50’s but now I couldn’t imagine not going. I’m so much fitter and confident and I love the challenges. So lucky to have had my family join me in the last challenge, we all pushed and encouraged each other and had a lot of fun along the way.

I have been going to f45 sopo for over a year now and in that period have convinced my entire family to come and join me. My parents who were both very nervous to try it out now cant imagine not going they love it so much and i love watching them get super fit. The coaches are always pushing me and my brother and they are all super energetic making the classes super fun to attend (even at 4:45 in the morning) !! I love doing f45 with my family and love the environment the gym has - makes training super fun!!

I have been to a few f45s and I have to say how impressed I am with how attentive the coaches Brayden and Dylan are.
I have never felt so welcome .
They have made my experience with f45 southport a really positive one .
During my classes they are really present and really care about you achieving your goals. They have made my experience in training fun and worth going to . This f45 is really fun with great music and I love the little challenges in the end.
I also appreciate the help of Dylan making sure I arrive to my classes or even offering to do so. That to me is really important and so as a new client, I highly recommend this f45 if you want to enjoy exercising with really professional trainers that will help you achieve your goals.

F45 Southport is a well managed and well run franchise. The owners and staff are great....supportive and encouraging. The friendly members are like one big family. No mirrors, no ego's, just fun training in the fantastic F45 format, helping me achieve my fitness goals.

I don’t normally give Google Reviews, however I do feel that the team at F45 Southport should be acknowledged. The trainers and the new owners have been amazing, I am not really the type of person who enjoys exercising in fact I hate it. However the team at F45 Southport have definitely changed that for me, I have a new found love affair with exercising and it’s all because of the trainers and the hands on owners. They make every class enjoyable, they push you to your limits because they know you can do better, the culture they have created is amazing, they are understanding and as I am completely uncoordinated they help coach me to perfect each station. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys for changing my life, I can’t wait to see my continued changes!

Love going to f45 - going at 4:40 in the morning sometimes seems daunting, however all the trainers are super friendly and motivating. Would recommend this to anyone

Been a member here for nearly a year and this is an amazing gym. Exceptionally clean and hygienic, air-conditioning is a great temperature, members are super friendly. Staff are non-intimidating, super friendly, welcoming, and will help you achieve your goals. Overall great community with great social events and a gym where you can feel belongingness :)

F45 Southport is the best body transformation workout!! I lost 6.5% body fat in 8weeks because all PT and staff are pushing and encouraging me to the maximum!!! Great atmosphere, PT, owner and members. I love love training with F45 Southport crew💪💪💪

F45 Staff is friendly and funny.
So I really enjoy it and I've got less weight and fit my body.
