Fantastic service, I went today with my kids. Youngest asleep in the car, the man who works there was so nice and extremely helpful. He helped in getting the fish, which aloud me to stay in the car with the kids. Thankyou so much for everything.

As soon as I walked in two young fellas asked if I needed anything. They ran bails of hay out to my trailer and advised me in some fish I was looking to purchase. Good service and selection.
I noticed reviews saying the place is run down or animal cages filthy? This was not the case. It's a big farmyard barn with lots of bird cages outside. Didn't see a problem.

Fantastic service. Called to enquire about a product and received fantastic advice instead for the care of my animals. Was great talking to owner or manager Andrew who takes his job very seriously and isn't just interested in a quick sale. I'll be a returning customer.

Great Pet Shop, definitely my go to! My kids love getting fish here, there’s a wide variety! We have 4 chickens and had 20 chickens in the past and they all have been from here. Would also recommend for local farmers as there is things from pet goats to Guinea pigs!

My wife and I come here for supplies for our chickens. The staff here are always very helpful and attentive, and the young staff carry the heavy 20Kg bags of feed to our car. I enjoy looking at the chickens and other animals that are at the produce store. Their cages and pens outside are neat and tidy and the animals look content. A great place to shop for chicken needs

We had quite a sad experience purchasing 2 guniea pigs over the weekend but the management team, Robert and Andrew, really turned it around for us. Thank you for being so considerate of the situation and ensuring our experience became much better. Really appreciate the service

I've been going to this farm/pet shop for years and yes some prices have gone up since covid. Which is understanding every shop has as well. But it's a friendly environment, I did work experience and learnt a lot and made friends.
They have rehomed unwanted pets and small creatures which is amazing not many pet shops do that.
I recommend going here 😊

Very helpful staff. Petting zoo for kids in school holidays. All the birds are reasonably priced. Probably one of the best pet shops around and lots of variety of pets. Staff is very helpful and was doing a lot of running around. I believe it's very hard to run such a big place and they are doing a great job.

The staff are very friendly, attentative and helpful. The store has a large range of produce and products at competitive prices. Best of all bring your kids/grandkids along to see all the poultry/birds/animals etc in store and on the property for nothing.! It's fun for a short outing.

This is a great place to get many different produce supplies for your pets or other animals. The staff are friendly, the stock is great and there is always a large amount of animals on sale as well. However, there could be a better parking arrangement as it always seems to be moderately busy, but other than that I recommend here as a place to grab all of your produce supplies.

Had the best day here with the friendly staff and cuddling piglets, goats, ducklings, sheep, baby chicks, crayfish, puppies and a snake! They have a great outdoor set up for many of their animals, and are great about letting you pat many of the animals. I looooved seeing the huuuuuuge range of birds and my love for animals is boosted. I think I'll be back again soon to increase my range of pets :) I was relieved to see i wasn't the only full grown adult excited for the petting zoo too :p
