Crystal Aquatic Systems & Crystal Clear Chlorinators

We took our Crystal Clear Chlorinator in Thursday morning and it was tested, the problem found, fixed and ready for pick up on Friday. This service saved us a lot of expense by being repaired instead of buying a new one. We found both Sharon and George extremely friendly and efficient in dealing with this and George was extremely helpful in explaining the problem to us. This is a great company that we recommend and would not go anywhere else for advice regarding our Chlorinator..

I dropped off a broken chlorinator to be fixed. They assessed the fault quickly and fixed it promptly and very reasonably priced for new component. This was an excellent experience - prompt service, friendly staff and great communication. I highly recommend this business and the team of staff they have. Thank you

I'd like to give a big shout out to George and Sharon who provided prompt professional and most of all useful technical assistance across many emails over the last week culminating with a final phone call today to re-commission my aging system.

They assisted me with troubleshooting tips, options and expert guidance to bring my salt chlorinator issues to a successful conclusion.

As a humble pool owner for 20 years - but not an installer - however more than capable of repairing almost anything around the home - they took me at face value and provided the type of after sales assistance and technical guidance we all hope for a - but seldom receive so much anymore these days, and in my case long after the sale.

My chlorinator was playing up so I took it straight to the factory where they checked it out the same day free of charge and then helped with a replacement cell. The process could not have been easier and great value for money. Thank you

Excellent product and excellent service support from this local Gold Cost company. I had a small issue with my 4 year old chlorinator and Crystal were super helpful. They serviced and repaired my chlorinator within a day for a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole unit.

My pool chlorinator started to misbehave. I contacted CAS by email and phone, was connected to technician, talked through a factory reset, and when the device still misbehaved, was given free post to the service centre, where it was exhaustively tested, fault found, and reprogrammed and returned. I was treated with utmost respect and concern.
I could not ask for better service!!

These guys are awesome to deal with! Good old fashioned service. My father in laws chlorinator stopped making chlorine. Before we replaced it i suggested taking it in to Crystal Aquatic Systems to have it quoted. My father in law dropped it in at lunch time Friday we were quoted by 8:30am Monday and the chlorinator was available for collection by 10:00am. It doesn't get much better then that. Took my chlorinator in for maintenance this morning. George was able to diagnose and repair the issue for me in 20 mins. Great experience dealing with them directly rather than through pool installers who don't answer their phones. Very happy!

After months of struggling with a green pool and hundreds of dollars in chemicals I had a Crystal Aquatics chlorinator installed and haven’t had a days problem since! Besides the money I spent there are obvious negatives with chemically altered water water and having a very low concentration of salt is almost unnoticeable. Highly recommend.

These days it is tricky to find good companies that back up their products, especially years after you buy it.

The technical support team are amazing. Keen to help resolve an issue I had with a timer backup battery starting to lose its charge when the chlorinator is running on off-peak power. The chlorinator was just out of warranty but the team fixed it free of charge. I was fully prepared to pay for the replacement battery to be fitted. I sent the unit back to the factory and they replaced the whole timer and battery and then promptly shipped it back. Just over 48 hours from sending the unit to when I received it back. Great to see an Aussie company "playing the long game" to retain happy customers and not out to make a fast dollar. Well done guys!

Our Retro-Chlor power unit failed, the pool company we purchased it through did a warranty claim with Crystal Aquatic Systems, I spoke with Callum who advised I would need to sent it back from Bundaberg and he would keep an eye out for it, true to his word I had notification from the courier that it was delivered approx 0900 and at approx 1300 same day Callum advised he had repaired it and sent it back. A day later it arrived, excellent work especially this close to Christmas

I filed a warranty claim by email on Thursday, 27 October 2022 at 05:47pm and I received email confirmation the following morning at 08:41am that the part would be shipped from the warehouse the same day. Thanks again for the very speedy response, helpful service and a great product.

Purchased a salt cell through an online pool store which I later found to be manufactured by Crystal. A pool store initially misdiagnosed it as faulty and I purchased an entire new chlorinator system. After speaking with crystal the owner quickly got back to me stating he's never seen a cell go bad in just a few months before and sent a prepaid postage label to get it back for testing. He not only told me what the problem was but sent a video of the test at the workshop. It was actually my chlorinator that was faulty..

I dare say after many friendly emails back and forth between myself and the company they really know what they're doing and manufacture quality products

George and the Service team were very courteous and helpful in solving my problems and offered the necessary advice and supplied the parts and the 'where with all' and to solve my Chlorinator problems and highly recommend their serices

Customer service at its best. The timer on my chlorinator stopped working and one phone call to Callum and the matter was resolved. A replacement was sent free of charge and arrived next day with instructions on how to DIY. Thanks Callum and co, very much appreciated.

Wednesday 18th May 22, was my first meeting with Crystal Aquatic Systems, when I took my Chlorinator in for Clock replacement/repair, while under warranty. Initially I met a lovely lady staff member, that stopped having her lunch, to come to my assistance. The second staff member was a young man named "Ash" who also was a real delight to meet. He advised me to sit in my car, and wait, while he attended to carrying in, servicing, and carrying out my heavy Chlorinator.
Neither of these two wonderful people realised how unwell I was, on this day, and believe me, as an 84 year old, I really appreciated their assistance and friendly attitude. They really brightened up my day. Thank you so much, Best Regards Bob.

Had a small issue with a faulty component and the company sent me the replacement part overnight to WA. They are quick to respond to queries and the Chlorinators are of good quality. I definitely recommend their products.
