I saw the bad reviews but I saw one person’s post that gave me a bit of hope.
I went at 3pm after work on a tuesday and the lady was there by herself seemed to be in a lot of stress. (I think because there were more people behind me and they were closing at 4pm).
She was so fast and efficient! I didn’t feel a thing when she did my bloods. She was so good! Highly recommend.

I’m only writing this review because I happened to be scrolling through some of the more negative ones whilst I was waiting for a blood test today. I can understand how in the first few moments of interacting with the staff here one might think they are a little brisk, but on the whole it was a pleasant experience. I think it would be fair to say that they don’t suffer fools, but the female staff member who took my blood was friendly, chatty and professional. She made me feel comfortable and it was one of the less-painful blood collection experiences I have had.

I had my blood taken by Natasha today, and I must say she was very gentle and calming throughout the process.

Great service !! The lady is so professional and friendly. She has the best actitud. is my second time at this place and she is so gentle at the time of takes the sample. Honestly is my best experience taking a blood test.

I had a test that I was stressed about but was totally at ease with the delightful phlebotomist who took care of me

Entrance to first floor was hard to locate. Check the attached photo. The stairs/lift to upstairs are in that opening in the left of the photo.

I saw the previous reviews and was trepidatious about getting a blood test here (I generally have issues with blood tests outside of the hospital). I needn't have worried, as it was pretty much painless. Yes, it was a long wait, but it's pretty tough when there's only one staff present

I had an excellent experience there, Emi served me and she was so kind and gentle, she was always willing to answer all my questions. It was a good experience for a blood test 😅

Dee is a friendly and fabulous nurse. Not to be confused with a very unhappy lady that was here prior to her that is probably the reason for the low ratings. It’s a great clinic.

I've been here multiple times - nice central location, open on weekends and friendly staff! Usually painless, quick and easy blood draws. Just bear in mind it can be a little busy on Saturdays sometimes!

Very nice polite service. Attendent chatted while blood was drawn making the process easy and a good distraction for me. Very pleased with location and I did not need to wait more than a few minutes.

The lady calls Subi is nice and patient. Painless and quick blood draws. I used to have bad experience for my blood test with bruises and pain. The best blood test experience ever.

Dee is amazing. She has only been working here a few weeks and is a pleasure to visit. A lovely Balinese woman who is very skilled at what she does
