Been going to this clinic for a while and it’s been the best for laser I’ve found in Canberra. Staff are professional, friendly and all round lovely. Highly recommend :)

Had my first session today for laser hair removal at the Gungahlin LCA! All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, right from the start, they made booking via the phone super easy. Lina was super amazing and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. The clinic was really clean and inviting. Looking forward to the rest of my treatments!

Fantastic service and results from Laser Clinics Gungahlin. I’ve been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of all therapists, during both laser hair removal and vascular laser treatments. Staff are always willing to slot appointments in, even during busy periods, and have even been able to talk through some treatments on the phone prior to booking to answer questions and queries. Love Gungahlin Laser Clinic! Went in over 12 months ago for a free skin consult and got good honest advice on what my skin needed. I had a package put together (some peels, micros, LED sessions, building up to needling) and I could not be happier with the results. The goal was to feel confident wearing less make up and this has been achieved. I've seen many of the people working there and they are all amazing! Currently been having needling sessions with Jo and highly highly recommend her!!! THANKS!!!

The girls at laser clinics gungahlin are amazing. I have been seeing them for many years for many different skin concerns from laser hair removal, acne concerns, to injectables, Botox and filler. They are always so friendly and make you feel very comfortable and welcome. They always listen to my concerns and try to help in any way they can. I would like to specially shout out to Sonia who has taken the best care of my needs. I definitely recommend seeing the girls here for any of your skin needs.

The Gungahlin Laser Clinic staff are not only lovely, they are so well educated on beauty that I actually learn stuff about skin every time I go there. I’ve been going to Laser Clinic Gungahlin for more than a year now. I was initially hesitant about getting laser because of the pain, but have found most sessions to be pain-free. The staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, which puts you at ease right away. Tresa in particular is amazing, thorough and really listen to client’s needs, and I always leave a very happy returning client! Thank you Tresa and all the beautiful ladies in the team! :)

The ladies at LCA Gungahlin are lovely and friendly and ensure I'm well looked after during my treatments. Have been coming here for almost a year and found the laser treatments to be quick and very effective. Bonnie and Sonia have both been wonderful in explaining the various treatments and products available and also ensuring I got my full treatments done when there was a mix up with my bookings a couple of times. Would definitely recommend more friends to try out this place.

That all changed when I came across Suzie, and Suzie is the reason I keep coming back here! She makes me feel so comfortable. She is thorough (to the point where I significantly notice when someone else does my treatment), she offers the best skin advice, I feel like I can ask her even the most embarassing questions and she is professional and understanding. Could not recommend Gungahlin Laser Clinics high enough! Since my first consultation the staff have been supportive, knowledgeable and honest. I’m always made to feel comfortable throughout my laser removal appointments. I have also found a new love for Microdermabrasions where Ella has provided the most amazing customer service. Would not imagine going anywhere else for my skin and laser needs. Highly recommended!

I was pretty nervous getting my treatment but Joanna is best, she made the whole process seem pretty smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Joanna, she has lot of knowledge and also best at what she does.

The ladies at Laser Clinics Gungahlin are always very thorough and professional. I started with a basic facial treatment and using the Skinstitute skin care range at home. Now I'm getting laser hair removal which has been a revelation. Don't know why I didn't do this years ago!

Couldn't recommend The Gungahlin clinic enough! Everyone is always so lovely and helpful. Back in 2017 they helped me get my skin into the best condition in preparation for my wedding.
I will definitely continue to recommend.

I was lucky enough to have the amazing injector Sophie for my very first time having Lip filler. She explained the whole process very well and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable throughout the process because of her professionalism and knowledge about the procedure. I absolutely love my lips now, and will definitely be going back to see Sophie next time!
