Element Marina Mirage

I recently shopped at Element Marina Mirage. Lovely, enjoyable experience. The clothes are beautiful. I bought a few items for an upcoming trip, gorgeous silk pants and dresses. Their staff, especially Judy, are so knowledgeable, helpful and obliging.

A beautiful place. Soothing to the spirit. The staff are skilled in providing help but also understand that looking is often needing to be uninterrupted. Their labels are the ant’s pants and Luccia (their own range) has a great mix and match collection that caters for all occasions, all body shapes and all ages. For this alone I choose to go to Element.

This is a gorgeous store, they stock stunning clothing, shoes and accessories for most occasions. We had a mooch around here the last time I was in Marina Mirage and bought some tops. Good customer service. They stock seems to update and change frequently. Always something to look at.

Love, love, love!!! An amazing shop with a great selection of clothing & accessories - I always find something for my mum and for myself - and happy, helpful staff to boot. Valeria and Christie are wonderful. No buyer's remorse after a visit here...ever!!

Fabulous store, it’s absolute must visit when I am on the Gold Coast. Great labels and the customer service is beyond amazing. The staff are familiar, knowledgeable and friendly.

Lovely boutique but way over priced... Upstairs you get a knock off brands gucci, Chanel etc from China! No middle ground

What a miserable experience that was, I walked in to the most dire welcome like I was doing them a favour. I'm assuming this was the owner, tall older blonde lady who could barely offer any polite service or a smile. I would have spent a considerable amount of money however, given the miserable customer
service I just refused.
Marina Mirage is a lovely holiday shopping village with some gorgeous boutiques.
My advice is go upstairs to Jaypask, where they welcome you with a warm
smile are so very helpful, I was so happy to spend a small fortune.

Shameful and disrespectful business. I purchased a dress on my Christmas holidays to Gold Coast from them which turned out to be used and when returned it the next morning, they claimed that they had given me a discount due to the condition of the dress and refused to refund although took the dress back in their possession. I complained to Fair-trade and they did not even provide an answer to Fair-trade. Finally got my money back through MasterCard complaints.

Edit:Very funny that they have bothered to respond to the review after 4 years with lies and deceit as expected. For anyone interested I have a copy of the Fair-trade letter. No need say further than Mastercard and my bank put an end to the deceitful transaction and returned my money.

Purchased a top as a gift, they did not have a smaller size so had to exchange for pants which were hugely expensive. Staff / owner wrote on the invoice Do NOT exchange again ??

Terrible customer service. Arrogant and pretentious. Will not return and shouldn't have purchased anything from that woman! Definitely better stores with great customer service and value.
